False advertisement and no customer support
Terrible company, not the same when it received all of these reviews.
Collected a patio set, umbrella didn't match the set. After 3 long trips back to the store, figured out with the guy at the shop that the umbrella was falsely advertised online. Spoke to customer service to complain, nothing they can do. This is all online chat by the way, there is no phone or email for customer service. Asked to escalate to a manager, never heard back from them.
I have had a better customer support from amazon and shein than this crap company.
Never buy from them if you value your time and money, basically a scam company at this point.

Fast In Store Collection Service
Ordered a Sandisk memory card online and the item was ready to collect within minutes. Very quick and efficient system. My only negative was that the price was not competitive compared to online outlets, however, I needed the item quickly and could not wait.

Contact not made as stipulated on all information received
I didn’t receive the message to inform me of my two hour time slot the night before which meant I had to be up to receive it possibly from 7am. At 7.30am I got the message that it would be delivered between 11-13.00 and told the driver would phone up to an hour before to say on route. I received a text to say to say they were 12mins away. My day would have gone much better and smoother if the information had been passed on as promised

Look into THERE returns before you buy........
You CAN not FOB PEOPLE OFF WITH THE RETURN GOODS BEEN OPENED WE CANT REFUND YOU i have my full receipt be aware people.... i brought a faulty phone from you in merry hill shopping Centre the same day i went back to return it to be told you dont accept returns on opened products whys that if a product is at fault we have the receipt how CAN you have this in your policy the so called manager at merry hill store told me all your stores have changed this so why is amazon getting much bigger growing more currys cex you name it no wonder your cutting jobs ect this is a scandle got told i cant have my refund will be spreading for awareness to all my family and friends all about your return policy absolutely scandle scam thats how you run now is it no wonder your losing customs now ...............
