Horrible experience ordering with…
Horrible experience ordering with Argos. When placing the order it wasn't made clear that I needed to be in to accept the delivery. Had I known this I wouldn't have placed the order. I didn't find this out until I had already paid and got the confirmation email. I got a card through my door advising me to go to my account to arrange a redelivery. Nowhere in my account can I find where to do this. I tried FAQ'S and they were not helpful. I tried to have an online chat and it wasn't working. I'm now going through the painful process of a phone call to try and get this resolved. 23 minute call and still not resovled and I now have to wait for the items to go back to the warehouse so they can then go back out for delivery. How many more days is that going to take! I cant see me ordering through Argos anytime soon, oh well, back to Amazon I go!

I traded in a year old iphone.
I traded in a year old iphone.
Was offered £301 , so proceeded.
Once Argos got my phone they devalued my trade in to £212,
So beware, as my iphone was in excellent condition and boxed with all the original stickers and paperwork.
Hence 1 star
I then got an email from trustpilot, with an argos response to say sorry and argos then asked me to give them full contact details and for me to have to send it all to argos via facebook or 'X'
both of which I am not on. Argos should write to me or email
me and give a full explanation to this

We chose the F/Freezer on its design
We chose the F/Freezer on its design, it has everything that we wanted drawer for raw meat and drawer for salads etc. and ample shelf space. The only criticism I have is the space between the milk bottle shelf and the shelf above, when I get my 4pt container out it slightly catches on the shelf above, yes I could move that shelf up but I want this for taller bottles, the fixing for this shelf could be slightly higher but overall we are very pleased with it.
