We love our new bed from Arista

Great company and service!

There were a few delays due to shipping issues at an outsourced warehouse but the MD Darren went over and beyond to sort those out for us and get the order delivered

The beds are amazing quality themselves and it’s the second time we have purchased and will continue to do so going forwards!

5 amazing mattresses!!

I recently bought 5 mattresses of Arista living and could not be happier! They are amazing quality and really comfy! I have put these in our air B&B as I have heard they are amazing quality and they are just what we are after! Everyone came well packaged and very quick! I will definitely use this company again in I ever need any in the future and recommend to everyone I know! Thanks so much!

Arista living faultless- Epic logistics needs work

Not going to lie- at times this was the worst experience of purchase I have ever made.

Delivery company absolutly awful and will try to blame Arista living for the problems.

Darren from Arista went massively above and beyond in trying to resolve the situation including travelling to the delivery warehouse to try and get things sorted- regular updates and nothing but apologetic for the experience- completely out of his hands.

Bed is absolutely spot on and massive value for money!! Faultless and possibly best bed I have ever purchased- just took a while to get it.

Still only 8 weeks which is in line with other high street shops but feel quick delivery was oversold and undelivered.

Again want to emphasise that Arista did all they could and helped throughout-,delivery only down fall

worth the wait.

Our order took around 8 weeks to be delivered, however once I stepped in and spoke to the director I was explained it was a logistics issue with their 3rd party company. Darran stepped in and the bed was delivered and everything was fine. he went above and beyond however the time delay was not ideal and the numinous emails to try and resolve. overall I would use this company again as this was the 2nd bed from them. good quality and great price.

First class service

We were experiencing terrible issues with their delivery service Epic logistics who had just recently moved to a new depot.
The MD personally stepped in and sorted everything for us. I appreciate businesses can experience disruptions, but how they are resolved is what really counts!
I am super impressed with the quality and the bed looks a real showpiece in our new room.

DO. NOT. USE.

Order placed. Expected dispatch date came and went. 5 weeks later after multiple attempts of contact I received one response and then only a third of the items. They blamed the dispatch company but the dispatch company said the order had not been fulfilled by Arista. I have since tried to contact again to ask about the missing parts and received no response. I created a dispute through PayPal and they were very helpful. Still no full bed. No communication. No way I would use or recommend.

Rubbish Company

Rubbish Company - I brought an ottoman bed for my 4 year old daughter, first problem was that the delivery was significantly pushed back although i wasn’t made aware of this. I had to chase to find out where my item was

Within a couple of weeks we noticed the issues with the bed, it’s very flimsy and wobbly overall really rubbish quality for not a cheap product. The ottoman lift up it again very wobbly and almost impossible to push back down without using force
which inevitably is going to end up breaking the bed.

Numerous attempts to speak to someone on the phone were unsuccessful, emails aren’t responded to - after weeks of sending emails with photos and videos of proof of the issue i’ve not been told “we can’t open videos” so because of
this there is No clear fault, but as i’ve explained i can’t show the fact the bed is wobbly and flimsy despite being properly put together in a picture it needs to be a video i’ve basically been told tough luck.

unless you are an influencer working with this company then avoid at all costs.
Rubbish products and even worse customer service.

What happens when things go wrong?

I believe what truly makes a company is how they handle themselves when things go wrong, I've just seen another review on this page which is similar to my experience, I received a wooden frame with foam attached for a headboard, I genuinely believed that maybe I had to upholster it myself til I opened the other boxes (lol). However I emailed the support email address at Arista, the team were very apologetic and advised there had been a mix up with the courier, these things happen, we're all human, I've done some silly stuff in my work life too! The team escalated this internally both at Arista and the courier, a new headboard was delivered around a week after reporting this issue, which included the easter bank holiday period.

Big thank you to Laura at Arista for replying promptly to me and keeping me informed. Along with those involved in arranging collection and redelivery.

Delivered a pallet as headboard!

Delivered us literally a pallet with a bit of foam on for a “headboard” emailed…told me that the logistics team sent the wrong one and to arrange a collection of it and replacement asap. 2 weeks later and there’s no rush at all. Disgusting.

Update- still waiting 26th April! No longer replying to emails so having to claim back our money through the bank :( unfortunately we have been scammed. AVOID

Further update- 11th may. On the 2nd may they arranged a delivery, I was expecting a headboard and collection of the other, however they came and collected the whole bed. I would have preferred that option anyway at this point. Refund was issued on the 4th but their system wouldn’t work! (Not surprised every point of this experience went wrong so Ofcourse this was the case) so gave details for bank transfer, was told to wait 3 days…still no refund! And no money to buy a new bed. All in all was the worst experience Iv ever had with any ‘company’
