I love the quality of the bed frames and the extra ottoman storage
Although I wish the bed would have been a bit higher

Awful experience. Bed is started squeaking 6 months after purchase. Customer service is terrible. They sent me new side panels that i had to pay someone to refit and the bed is still squeaking. Not only am i out of pocket for the additional assembly cost but now have to pay someone to discard the old side panels. Avoid and buy from a reputable shop.

My delivery date was confirmed for yesterday for PM delivery. Still no bed and currently sleeping on the sofa. Please can you update me asap…..

My order delayed twice and the company agreed to refund me 5% for the 2nd delay. However, there are no refund as they claimed the refund system locked out. No refund even i gave them my paypal account as requested. When i follow up the refund, they didn't give me any reply. So disappointed.

Really pleased. Top quality product, well packaged and great delivery. The extra stprage space in the ottoman is a god send!

I love how you can choose every element of the bed to make it right for you, they came when they said it would and it was really easy to assemble

I’ve been on the hunt for a new bed and mattress for a while now but have been losing interest after seeing the same old basic styles and designs. After having my bedroom decorated, I wanted something more bespoke / stylish to fit in with the room. I was recommended Arista Living by a friend and they did not disappoint. I picked the perfect bed which was exactly what I was searching for and took a chance on one of their mattresses too. Well, I’ve previously been using a well known brand of mattress which to be truthful, never lived up to the hype and price tag and I genuinely find that the mattress I got with my new bed is comfier, more supportive for me and my sleep has improved - bonus! My delivery arrived on time, the quality of the bed is fantastic and it’s sturdy, I love the velvety fabric I chose and the grey colour is ultra modern which is what I wanted. It wasn’t hard to assemble and it has now become the perfect centre piece in my bedroom! Thank you and will definitely be using you again for when I redecorate my spare room.

Second time using this excellent company. A fabulous, modern and easy to use website. I am absolutely delighted with my new bed and loving that I could create it to my own unique style adding some great storage. All flat pack which was easy to assemble. A real dream! Excellent, professional and efficient service & to top it off free delivery service on a day of my choice. I would highly recommend Arista Living & will most definitely be using this company again. Great experience and product, slightly long delivery time

The only downside was the waiting time for the bed however this wasn't down to them. The bed itself is lovely and reasonably easy to put together although I am sure my son didn't think so!!!

Can't recommend Arista Living enough! The process was so simple from start to finish and I got to design my dream bed. The customer service was excellent which sets them apart from companies I've used in the past. The bed arrived on time and was perfect! It looks amazing in my new bedroom. Amazing quality for a great price.

Honestly the worst customer service!! I’ve never experienced anything like it. Ordered a bed and it was expected to be delivered 1 month later it then said 3 months which then moved to another 2 months later. Apparently nothing customer service could do about it. No telephone line to call them and no complaints process to even log a complaint. Do not recommend and will not buy again completely ridiculous

Bed is amazing however delivery service was delayed a while

Form the the very start I found the website extremely easy to navigate. Delivery was on time, it’s was super easy to put up, and both the mattress and bed are superb quality. I highly recommend and will certainly be using Arista in the future.

Really love my bed, moved into a flat so I needed to replace my king size bed with a double as my bedroom won’t take s king size so I ordered from Arista as I was more than satisfied both with my bed and the service, I ordered the same style bed as I was happy with it but then realised
I should have ordered a storage bed anyhow I rang them and they amended my order no problem.
The only slight problem was with delivery but that was my fault as I gave them the wrong post code but again they sorted it for me

I suffer from a bad back from a serious car crash. I bought a King size mattress which has been really good. Very supportive, far better sleep. Service and delivery and communication were excellent and the sales team were really helpful. A pleasure to deal with and a great product.
