The worst company I have ever had to…

The worst company I have ever had to deal with.

I first ordered the bed end of may, having to wait what felt like forever way over what they stated the wait time was. I finally received what I thought was the bed, however I only received the headboard and one side of the bed.

Constantly having to chase emails as they don’t seem to have much idea or even care for that fact. Once I finally received a reply they stated the delivery company had lost part of the bed.

They have finally collect the bed start of August and I’m still waiting for a refund which apparently they have sent but I have not received.

I feel like this company is a massive Con, no one should be having to constantly chase to just receive there own money back. Especially at this current time when people don’t have this type of money to waste.

I will be contacting the ombudsman.

Fab service and such a lovely bed

Couldn’t be happier with the service and bed we received from Arista Living. Every step from the order process, customer service, delivery time and product itself has been faultless!

5 years later and still going strong.

I’ve had my arista bed for nearly 5 years and I’ve loved it. Due to us moving it around multiple times it has become a bit squeaky. However we will definitely be buying a new one with Ottoman storage and a darker colour. Also will be buying a mattress with the great discount. Plus my own 50% off discount makes it worth it!

Great service and beautiful bed!

Totally worth the wait looks beautiful in our room!
Arista provided us with updates weekly on the status of our order which was great. There was also a slight mix up on the delivery address but Arista sorted this straight away with no issues. Great service and beautiful bed 😃

Don’t shop here

Don’t shop here, customer service is appalling and they’re incredibly unreliable. 1 part of my delivery was delayed hugely and there seemed to be no sense of urgency or care by the customer service team to either resolve the problem or offer apologies or compensation. Still as of yet have received no compensation back. I’m going to submit a complaint to the ombudsman about them.

I wouldn’t bother buying from them…

I wouldn’t bother buying from them unless you are happy to wait well over the estimated date to receive your order and are willing to chase them for updates in your own time as they aren’t able to give updates on your order. I was expecting my order to be dispatched on 4/7/22 . When I hadn’t heard anything I enquired for an update to be advised that they have changed couriers and I should expect a 14 day delay but my bed would be dispatched no later than the 18/7/22 it’s now the 21/7/22 the only update I have had is from the courier stating they will be delivering the bed when they receive it from artista living , arista living have told me that they are waiting for the courier to collect the bed.
All I no is I am still without my order or an explanation as to where it is

Excellent!

Really good experience. Easy to order. Delivered early by 2 really good chaps who were very pleasant. A neighbour and his son (I'm no good with DIY!) put it together in just over an hour with no issues at all. Very comfortable mattress and sleeping much better too.

Great bed . daughter used this company and I…

My daughter used this company and I loved the bed she ordered so I ordered one too , I had to wait a few months for new stock but was kept up to date all the way .
Delivery was great and in putting the bed together everything was as it should be .
Overall the experience has been great and I would recommend arista living great quality for a great price .

Highly recommend

Great company.
Efficient, value for money, great communication and delivery. Couldn't have been easier. The bed was easy to assemble with clear instructions. Excellent quality. No problem from start to finish.

Waiting a lifetime

Frustrating experience from start to finish. Ordered in February with a delivery date in May, I accepted the wait time. May has been and gone and the excuse of a warehouse move and change of courier has been trotted out. We are now well over a month on from the original delivery date with no clue when the bed will arrive. I was told last week it would definitely be dispatched and I’ve still not received anything.
Seems to be a recovering theme based off other reviews.

Extremely disappointed as I’ve used Arista before and had a great experience, don’t know what has gone wrong in the interim but I would not recommend based of current experience!

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered and paid for my bed at the beginning of April. It was supposed to arrive on the 24th of May. It did not turn up on this day and when I emailed to see where it was I was told that there was a two week delay and that someone should have emailed me a week ago. We are now over a month later and I still haven’t received my bed. I’ve asked for a refund a number of times and I’m just told what feels like lies around my order. I have tried to put a formal complaint in but the only form of communication is email. I have no idea when my order is supposed to come and I have given the company plenty of opportunities to make this right. I do not complain or leave reviews but I highly recommend not to use this company if you want to be treated like a customer and actually receive your order.

Avoid.

My second review about this company.
I finally received my bed today, after 10 weeks of waiting for it to be dispatched, multiple lies and promises and it arrived in an appalling state.
Each box has been damaged, with multiple being heavily wrapped in cling film.
The bed frame is severally damaged with holes on corners of different pieces and lots of dirt.
But the worst, in my opinion, is they sent a completely different footboard to the bed I had ordered, which again has left me without a bed frame and I have to start the process of ordering and waiting again for a new one.

I have had nothing but trouble with this company, they’ve had my money since January, they sent me a secondhand, used bed and couldn’t even send the right pieces for it!
I would definitely 100% avoid, I now have a bed frame to discard of and am still sleeping on the floor.
Absolutely appalled.

Update on 24/06/22 -
After communicating with Arista, I will be receiving a full refund but only after the bed has been returned.
They hadn’t even acknowledged the fact they had sent the wrong parts, they just insisted the order was returned. Which I’m absolutely fine with, as I just want it out of my house!

Please don’t buy from them, you’ll more than likely receive my returned order and I’m sure it’ll happen multiple times over!

Absolutely the WORST customer service I…

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, they take days to respond to emails and are quite rude in thier response. Arista took my money back in March so they should be aware of where the product is! The item I choose had a longer time frame to arrive I chose the earliest despatch date which would be May (I was happy to wait this long) it’s now June and they have told me they can’t tell me how long my delivery will take where it is or anything apparently that’s down to thier courier (no where in my agreement did it state my order would be dealt with a 3rd party) from the first point of sale I had a lovely email about how I would be notified of the process of my order every step of they way and I have heard absolutely nothing except an email from thier old courier service giving me false information which I should ignore (they didn’t advise customers to ignore this) they have only contacted me to tell me my order will be delayed by a week that’s fine but since then I have had absolutely nothing apart from “sorry I can’t tell you anything” I have now cancelled my order and will never consider or advise anyone to ever order from this company again! Judging by the other reviews my refund can’t come quick enough AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Going through exactly what everyone else is going through.

No legit answers, no management taking ownership, dispatch dates are absolutely ridiculous how that works, they just hoping you don't message them so they can get away with horrible service.

Fummmming, Never have I ever had such an experience. Trying to get a refund but they keep ignoring it.

I've had a look through your support tickets and can see my colleague is assisting you with this. However, you asked for a refund yesterday (for the first time) at 14:30 and my colleague responded at 15:37 asking you to confirm if you would like to cancel and receive a full refund, which you did not so I am not too sure why you have claimed we have ignored your many requests for a refund. Any of our customers are eligible to cancel for a full refund at any time.

We are very apologetic for the delay caused by us moving to a new warehouse. This is unfortunately a course of action we had to take to ensure we can provide a better delivery service once we are through this, as our previous warehouse was not operating in a way that way that benefitted us or our customers.

The support team have been in touch with you this morning and I can see they have escalated your order so this should be resolved shortly for you.

Avoid!

Firstly the bed arrived damaged and ripped. This was sorted. However after assembling the bed, it made a constant squeak which it is still doing now a year later. They sent out some new parts, but yet again the bed was squeaking more and still nothing has been sorted. It takes weeks/months to get a response from them. Avoid!

Pregnant and sleeping on the floor

I ordered a bed from Arista in Feb to be delivered End April. Reassuringly I received a weekly email saying it was on track to be delivered and I would be contacted by the delivery company. When I wasn’t I contacted Arista who told me I should have been informed there was a delay. Since then I have been told everything from warehouse change to new delivery company to now a stock check. As I am heavily pregnant (and now sleeping on a mattress on the floor) I have begged them to give me at least an indication of when it will be delivered (next week? Next month? Next year?!) so I know if I should make alternative arrangements but they refuse to do so. Considering I have paid for it I am pretty sure that is illegal. I’ve also asked for a call from the manger but was told he is too busy to speak to customers (!!!) . Feeling very frustrated and distressed.

Update* I have now been told the dispatch delay is 2 weeks due to the warehouse move and will be delivered approx 5 days after that so fingers crossed though reading other reviews that have been waiting 6+ weeks I don’t have much hope….

Update ** I was told by Arista that my bed had been dispatched. However when I spoke to the delivery company they said they had only received 4 of the parcels. After a lot of chasing and following up to find the missing piece I have now received my bed! I have to say the delivery company Epic Logitics were SO helpful in comparison to Arista and it was a relief to finally speak to a person on the phone rather than by email which was far more efficient. Their delivery men called 30 mins before and carried the bed to our room. Thank you Epic for making an overall terrible experience a little easier.
