This company have no idea about customer service
Ordered my bed in January with an estimated date of 1st April. Seems a long time to wait but thought it would be worth it. Got regular email updates which I found helpful and reassuring. However GPL seem to be the issue here and as Arista Living continue to use their shocking services they must also be held accountable. GPL cancelled my delivery 45 minutes before the end of the time slot stating it was due to issues beyond their control. When I contacted Arista Living they claimed GPL had issues at their warehouse (didn’t state what issues) which meant they had to relocate all their stock. Surely if this was the case, they’d have known they weren’t going to deliver my purchase long before actually contacting me.
Reading some of these reviews, Arista Living have said they have put in extra measure to avoid disappointment but this does not seem to have happened as same issues are occurring.
If Arista Living want to be known for a reputable service, they should consider who they partner with to deliver their products as they’re being let down time and time again according to these reviews.
My bed has still not been delivered, nor have I been given a new date for delivery. Just appalling.
Edit 26th April - still no date for delivery. Been told someone will call for two days now and no one has called. Was told my order is high priority but still no information on a delivery date. Beyond a joke now. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANTED TO AVOID STRESS AND DRAMA
Update 10th May: after being offered a 10% partial refund, which I found insulting after all that’s happened, I am still awaiting my refund which was processed late (why am I even surprised?!) This company is all about profit and show no genuine customer service. They are receiving full payments and not even able to give a delivery date. Best thing I ever did was asking for a refund and once I get it, I hope to never come across this company again.

Arista’s website is exactly what it says simple, quick and easy. The bed arrived quickly and was easy to assemble with instructions that you can understand. The bed itself is lovely, strong and looks amazing. However, the 2 star rating is for the simple reason of I have had the bed for 2 weeks and it is already squeaking. I would not expect to pay hundreds of pounds for a new bed and for it to be squeaking after 2 weeks. Not happy as this is the reason I brought a new bed in the first place

Arista OK, delivery absolutely rubbish
The communication with arista has been good whilst my bed was being manufactured. I had regular updates via email letting me know what would happen once my bed had been dispatched...here comes the rubbish part. GP Logistics are the company delivering the bed. I had confirmed the delivery slot, waited in and guess what - they didn't show. Sent an email, tried phoning - nothing. I have since contacted arista who have been apologetic and said they have escalated it to GP Logistics and I am still waiting...

From the moment I ordered my bed from Arista Living, I can't praise their customer service and their regular communication via email any more than what I have.
I had a few queries about the height of the headboard, and when I messaged Arista via Instagram they got back to me without too much of a delay, and they were fantastic in providing me with information about the height of the headboard and the bed itself that we ordered.
Initially I was happy with the ottomon bed I ordered but then started to doubt my decision. Amber and Amme were fantastic in reassuring me I made the correct decision and choice with my original choice, send me dimensions of the bed frame and the bed itself. Amme and Amber also helped me change the despatch date without any additional charge on two occasions. This was because we were moving into a newbuild and our house was not ready for completion. This meant I did not have to worry about where to store our bed before we moved in!
The only thing I think Arista need to look into is their choice of courier service. I updated my despatch details once we moved in but the courier service said they did not have the updated address and on the date of delivery, called to say they would not be able to deliver our bed to us. It was very stressful but in the end we did get the bed and we were grateful for being able to sleep on a bed after sleeping on the mattress on the floor for 2 weeks!

This is our 4th bed from Arista. We have just received a grey storage bed for our youngest son. Our first bed was purchased 4 years ago and absolutely delighted with the quality! Highly recommend!

I paid for this bed in January, knowing I would have to wait for it. However I got an email saying they could dispatch it, and after being on a mattress on the floor for a few weeks (eagerly awaiting my new bed) i accepted.
The delivery company are absolute cowboys. They seem to arrange their deliveries by sending a text with a slot and if that’s not suitable you have to wait a few more days for another text - weird way of arranging things. The first slot I had to decline because it said between 04:00-07:00!!! After speaking to them the following day what they actually meant was 16:00-19:00 (why a delivery company can’t use the 24 hour clock is beyond me). I was later offered a slot of between 07:00-10:00 yesterday, which I booked leave off work for and accepted. No bed arrived. I spent most of the day on hold to the delivery company which cuts off after 10 minutes. Finally got through to someone in the afternoon who promised he would call back but hasn’t. Tried to ring Arista Living Direct where you get stuck in a loop of having to email them, have never been able to speak to an actual person on the phone.
A delivery driver rang me in the afternoon saying he would come with my bed in an hour, but 10 minutes later rang and said my bed wasn’t on the van??? So where is it????
Arista Living emailed me back saying they would chase this up but I don’t hold out much hope.
I wish I’d just bought a bed from a normal company with a normal delivery service, how they’re still going is beyond me, it’s appalling and the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
Don’t buy from here, I wish I’d read these awful reviews beforehand.

Don’t be fooled by Instagram. I ordered this bed ages ago. They emailed to say it had come into stock much earlier ( at least 2 weeks earlier ) great I thought. Gp logistics sent me a delivery slot. I accepted. The night before said slot they cancelled. A new date had been confirmed. They didn’t turn up! I couldn’t get hold of them via phone or email. So I waited in again the next day in the hope it would show. Nothing. Again couldn’t contact them. Now it’s Monday ( three days Iv had off work ) Iv had an email saying it was delivered. No it wasn’t. Arista constantly just saying ‘ we are escalating to gp logistics ‘

I’m not really one to write reviews but I’m so happy with my purchase, really quick turn around (ordered 21st Feb, dispatched 3rd March and delivered on 15th March). The delivery company isn’t the best but Arista were amazing, I contacted them to chase the delivery company for me and they responded quickly and with the info I wanted.
The bed is insane! Went for the headboard with the silver bead in the light grey fabric. Absolutely gorgeous i’m obsessed!
100% recommend this company.

The only thing that might be better is if they make it clearer when ordering the bed the date you choose isn’t the delivery date, our bed came 6 days after that but still a quick turn around from ordering. Arista Living Bed & Mattress Are So Comfortable
We received our latest Arista Living bed and mattress a week ago. We now have them in each bedroom. Our kids were raving about the comfort of the mattress, we recognised the quality of the bed so we had to have one for our bedroom. I can honestly say we have not slept as well for years. It is so comfortable and a great piece of furniture. The bed is great quality, the mattress is amazingly comfortable.
I can't recommend this company enough. WE ARE BIG FANS!!

I’m gutted I didn’t read the tp reviews before making purchase. Ordered after seeing so many Instagram reviews, influencer promos and ads. Don’t be fooled.
Bed is very light weight, flimsy and not heavy duty for the price you would normally pay. These beds are manufactured in China and not the uk like most other Ig bed companies, therefore the QUALITY is very compromised! I have purchased another bed from TLBC and regret not sticking to them. Their beds are quality and sturdy, as described compared to Aristas Wish App quality bed. Really not sure how long it will last. Although I used a 50% code, I wish I went to elsewhere and paid full price.
Bed was delivered with parts missing (headboard wings) to then be told they are out of stock! And will be delivered by April! They did not inform us at the time of purchase until we had chased it up with them directly. They issued a small refund of £43.49 which doesn’t even cover the pure frustration caused. I have an unfinished bed until possibly APRIL! This is Poor service, avoid regardless of how nice they look in pictures. Not worth it.

Not delivered!! Is this a scam?
I have been waiting for my bed to be delivered for a month now. Twice the courier has been to pick it up and claimed part of it is out of stock so left without the bed. Arista have been made aware but don’t seem to have any control. The parts should surely be picked prior to courier pick up?! I feel like I have been scammed and I will never get this bed! I am absolutely furious!
Update, arista sent a find reviewer request to help me but have still done absolutely nothing.

We are very pleased with our new bed…
We are very pleased with our new bed and find it very comfortable. We are very glad that we went for the deeper ottoman base as the standard would have been very shallow.
The only problem we had was getting a delivery date, but after communicating with AristraLiving it was soon sorted and the delivery team were very good. We would recommend this company.

Pleasantly surprised
Was slightly worried about the bed due to the price being cheap but I was pleasantly surprised! Really happy with how the bed looks and also bought a mattress which is really comfy. The only issue I had was that the delivery driver was 1 hour out the time window he gave me so I couldn’t go back to work, but I would definitely order another bed from Arista again.

Does the bed exist at all?
We chose to order this bed because of the swift delivery time as well as the beautiful designs. However I have been waiting two weeks now since my original scheduled delivery slot to receive my order. Apparently the van broke down. I have called and tried to ilicit some kind of information from the courier service about when I can expect them to deliver on a day I am available but it is absolutely no use. I've been fed false promises on top of excuses. Today I was on the phone with GPLogistics and they said I had declined the original order date after I had been promised yesterday the bed would be delivered today no matter what, later on today I received an email saying that my order has been delivered neither of which is true. I am starting to worry that Arista Living might be a complete scam. Reading the recent reviews below hasn't filled me with confidence but I really hope I will be able to edit this review and say how impressed I am with the bed. Right now, I am feeling completely exhausted and hopeless. It would be much cheaper and much less hassle to pay £40 for a delivery of a [inset well known brand] bed and I'm starting to wish that is what we had done. My partner is recovering from an operation and sleeping on a mattress on the floor is not doing him good.
Either artista living need to massively improve how they ensure their customers are being treated by GPLogistics or find another courier service immediately.
