Great every time
I used Arlo Wolf circa 14 months ago for new glasses - they were well priced, great quality and the service was very efficient. Therefore when I lost my glasses and needed to replace, I returned to Arlo Wolf. The try at home frames arrived quickly, and the return was easy. Just ordered new glasses and sunglasses from AW.

Received my new varifocals and I love…
Received my new Arlo Wolf varifocals and I love the Sloane crystal frame and the prescription is spot on. Asked about re-glazing service for some old ones and a pair of sunglasses and they are also fantastic. Very, very chuffed with them all! Great quality service as before.

I am honestly blown away by the service level and quality at Arlo Wolf. The try before you buy glasses came next day, and then once I ordered the actual glasses it was incredibly quick even over the Christmas period. The glasses are of very high quality and the fit is perfect - solely based on a picture to measure!!! I have had worse fitting glasses when I’ve been physically measured in a store. I will never go back to high street glasses again!

Very happy with try before you buy service. It was super easy and allowed me to choose new frames in the comfort of my own home without pressuring sales assistants. The delivery to your home is also really helpful so I didn’t have to leave the house to collect from an opticians. Great price and gorgeous glasses.

The service for trialling at home is great. However, the glasses were not nice enough for the price. Although cheaper than an shop based alternative, other online suppliers were more competitive at a better price with nicer frames.
