I needed the frames replacing, so I reached out to customer service who were quick to respond, very helpful and arranged a pre-paid returns label for me. I returned the damaged frames and received the new pair within a week - all for a really great price!

The option for the try before you buy glasses to be picked up from my house was great as I would not have found the time to get to the post office due to a crazy work schedule. From start to end a fantasic service and great glasses. My new place to get my glasses going forward!

Used try before you buy and glasses came quickly. I was able to chose a pair I liked before purchasing them. Sent them my prescription and my new glasses came a week later!

Nice, stylish glasses for the price. The try at home pairs came really quickly and were easy to return. Ordered my proper glasses and also arrived within less than a week and the prescription seems spot on. The glasses do feel a little flimsy but they are quite thin frames so maybe that’s why. Would definitely order again if these ones last well!
