Great process - try before you buy. Chose 4 pairs of glasses to try and selected one pair to buy. Submitted my prescription and got my varifocals within days! Quicker and much more cost effective then buying from a high street retailer

The service was amazing! You get to test the frames first to see if it is a good fit! Then you can place the order. The process from order to delivery was fast and amazing! Will definitely buy it again!

Good communication and really easy to order. Good quality frames and lenses, I’m very happy.

The glasses provided in my final order were sized differently to the sample frames I tried.

I was also up-sold thinner frames via email, which I agreed to, only to find out once received that this extra £50 was non-refundable.

Terrible customer service for what appeared to be a well-reviewed company.

Tried on 4 pairs of glasses. 2 were warped and sat funny on my face and another pair didn’t really look like the pair pictured on the site so I’ve decided not to go forward with that order.

Shipping was fine though 🤷🏻‍♂️

The whole process is flawless, with the try before you buy especially, I wore the glasses for a couple of days to make sure I loved them. With a strong prescription I was worried about thinning the glass down but it has been done perfectly, the glass is thin and the glasses feel really lightweight. 100% recommend.

Lovely glasses. Arlo Wolf respond very quickly to any concerns you may have which is very impressive considering how busy they must be during a pandemic. The only thing I would say is that the glasses took a little under 2 weeks to arrive, so be sure to have another pair of glasses on hand while you wait. However their website does state that it could take up to 10 working days until the glasses will be dispatched and they arrived at my door before their stated processing time so not an issue at all (also, I’m sure everybody is ordering their glasses online at the moment too what with Covid, so not too long of a wait really). All in all, very impressed with my glasses, the price and the excellent communication from the Arlo Wolf team. Great job Arlo Wolf, thanks for everything.

- One thing I would suggest is that the FAQ page needs some more information regarding thinning of lenses, I recommended your company to my friend but she has a -9 prescription so would need the lenses thinned, but we couldn’t find any information on if you offer that service or not.
