Extemely good service
Extemely good service. Ordered an Arena desk 2.5 years ago - one leg failed after 1.5 years, they sent out a new without question.
I then contacted them again a week ago, and asked them if the table could hold up to a modification i had made - and they looked at some pictures and said it should be able to hold up - but since it didnt, theyre now sending out TWO new legs, for a 2.5 year old table.
They have been nothing but nice, and i absolutely love the desk which has been working nonstop - except for the malfunctions, which turns out to be from a faulty batch.

My partner has owned the Arena desk for about 6 years now and he adores it - it's very, very sturdy and made out of good materials, especially the legs of the table. It's rather easy to put together as well.
So when it came to buying new gaming chairs I thought I might give one of their gaming chairs a try and boy oh boy is it the most comfortable gaming chair I have ever had. I got one with fabric and it's soft! The chair is big enough for my bubble butt and I have ample fun playing with the arm rests. I opted to get armrest pads too which are well worth the investment because they are the squishiest things ever!
We also purchased a new mousepad for the size of the table which has been an absolute life saver! I am so clumsy and I spill my drinks all the time, yet the mousepad is somewhat water resistant, it doesn't instantly absorb it, it kind of just sits on the mousepad in perfect droplets that you can quickly dab with a towel leaving almost no moisture behind. It's amazing!!!!
We also got a second pair of armrests for my partner and a footrest to share. Even the footrest seemed somewhat water resistant as I dropped some soda all over the place and was able to just wipe the droplets off the footrest with no issue - it was barely moist and not stick at all.
The footrest itself is also amazingly comfy and I am obsessed with it. We may have to get a second since I've been hogging it so much.
Delivery and shipping has been 10/10. So fast and so well packed. Also, side note, the tools I was giving to assemble the chair had my jaw on the floor because they are branded and well made.

Bought a vernazza chair from Currys Uk but unable to put together as missing all the washers. Very annoying as had to spen an hour trying to buy replacements. Not the quality control I would expect for a chair this expensive.
edit reply: Your instructions show washers, they were not in the pack, I had to buy them, I can show you the receipt which should be reimbursed.

Fully supported outside of warranty
Well, let me just add to the choir of people with a great customer experience. I had a faulty chair which was outside of warranty and contacted support about it.
I was immediately offered a replacement chair or a discount worth the full value of the broken chair.
So even though the faulty chair which was only around 3-years-old was kind of a disappointment, the support was outstanding and a nice security for anyone experiencing the same.

Office chairs with lifespans shorter than a fruit fly.
Bought 2 chairs from Arozzi, the first one shattered after slight misuse so I gave the benefit of the doubt, and bought their sturdiest office chair. On paper the second looked good. But after 3-4 years, the second chair promised to be built like a tank has literally disintegrated, armrests falling apart from cracking rubber, all the imitation leather shedding and tearing. the piston imploding into my floor, the wheelbase being unable to connect anymore. The only thing still functional was the optional wheels I got. I've never owned furniture that lasted so shortly, none of the my dining chair, living room chairs or sofas have any such issue, hell my last IKEA office chair for a 6th of the price lasted longer.
In short, I'll avoid this company like the plague now, and I'd suggest to others to do the same.

Great fast support!
To start off, i want to note that Arozzi support has been one of the fastest and greatest!
I've had 2 issues in the past with my chair. Both i contacted Arozzi support, and both, they replied insanely fast!
The 24th of October, i contacted about a gaslift that didn't contain the pressure. Shortly after (approximately 1 hour later) Linus wrote back, both ensuring what parts i needed, based on my skills.
10 minutes after confirming that i would be capable to disassemble the chair, i got a confirmation that the parts had been packaged and approximately would be arriving within two business days. All within warranty!
That is great customer service!
The only "negative" part in this, was that after me confirming, i would not (at first) get a message back from Linus that the package would be shipped, that i was told by the carrier.
BUT EVEN THAT Arozzi handeled with perfection, because here Henrik wrote that Linus had prepared the new parts needed.
So all in all top customer service! Both from Henrik following up with an ending to the support, and Linus to be fast at determining necessary parts needed!

My chairs foam has come to its end, been using it for quite a few years, its not even in production anymore.
Linus found it in stock, and I have been able to purchase it.

One of the best customer service experiences ever!
Linus Fullmestad couldn’t of been more helpful- I had a part that was slightly damaged ( didn’t purchase directly from the company from a 3rd party so may not of been there fault), this issue was resolved straight away, also put an order in at the same time for a pillow! 100/10 recommend this company and I wish I purchased it straight from the company rather than the 3rd party, but thank you for all your help and quick response time!

The service/communication was excellent from my first email up until the invoice. Part arrive within 4 days as stated chair fixed happy happy. Thank you for a great customer service which is rare these days.

Very speedy response, I was unable to order a part due to not reaching minimum basket spend, however once I had e-mailed support they helped with replacement parts and even added extra accessories to the delivery to help me with my repair speeds - massively going above and beyond to support their customer!

The build quality of the chairs is horrid
The build quality of the chairs is quite abhorrent. I had one wheelbase break under me, however i was easily able to replace it using spare parts i purchased from the arozzi website. However my chair, that i have had in use for about three years, has now broken. The metal supports underneath the chair broke, which is indicative of poor materials used in the making of these chairs. I can understand some parts of the chair breaking, however the metal supports breaking is another matter. I personally would recommend buying from another brand, as i feel these chairs are cheaply made and of poor quality.

Warranty Claim Gaming Chair
I bought my chair a little over a year and a half ago at BestBuy, and needed some replacement parts. Filed a warranty claim, and their team have been nothing but helpful, friendly, and professional to me. Not only did they communicated well, the parts arrived promptly. And I even received a free item as a thank you! I would only recommend Arozzi from now on out seeing how well they treat their family customers. No I was not paid or sponsored to write this... but hey if they want to pay me or throw some more free items my way, I would be happy.
Excellent Customer Service
Linus dealt with my request swiftly, understood my issue straight away, and offer a solution without the usual written answers and non-solution questions, and dispatched the item then and there with details emailed to me.
I am happy that I can get back in my chair again soon, product and services deserve more than just 5 STARs, highly recommended.
An American needing help and they overdelivered!
As an American requiring help while their local offices relocate I had a terrific experience with one of their reps. Gustav was extremely helpful and personable, something quite refreshing nowadays. The products are built with care and to make life easier for the consumer but even aspects out of their control like shipping sometimes will break a part while traveling, and they were kind enough to send two spare sets of parts and a video separate on installing a part that normally comes preinstalled. They gained a repeat customer today in me.

I wrote to the customer service, asking for help to replace my old armrest for my Arizzo inizio. Unfortunately the armrest we're not sold in the store anymore, but Linus found them for me and created a link for me to buy them at! 5 minutes after, i got a message that it was already shipped!!
