Sorry to read that. Every single order is shipped same day if ordered before 3pm or next morning.
Because of the pandemic some customers (about 5%) are unfortunately experiencing delays. There is little or nothing we can do and it's really frustrating.
Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, highly recommended. Really excellent product. Should have been thought of years ago. Makes mounting flush mount ceiling lights so easy.

Sorry, but we cannot locate any email?
The delivery note says what you need to do and it has a label attached for returns use.
I note you purchased through eBay, sometimes they block emails if it contains personal information, links or email addresses.
Goood and quick service with no hassle

Sorry about this issue.
I guess BREXIT will settle down and customs will start to flow smoother. I hold my hands up about the tracking and I'm actively improving the site to allow tracking data to be recorded. Customs is a little out of my control.
Really pleased
Haven't been able to fit any of the lighting fittings yet, but everything looks top quality and the delivery was super fast!
Will definitely buy again. Thanks.
