BEWARE!!! FAKE JERSEYS!!!
I don’t normally write reviews, but If there was an option to give this company no stars and shut them down, I would! I ordered a jersey (as a gift) which their website said would take 5-7 days. MY ORDER TOOK ONE MONTH TO ARRIVE!!! (Sent from China by the way) only to open the package to find a fake jersey with terrible stitching. I had to Sit for an hour with my sissors cleaning up their mess!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ARTFIRE/SPORT SHOP!!!! If you need to order a jersey GO TO A REPUTABLE SPORTS WEBSITE!
BUYER BEWARE....RIP-OFF WEBSITE
Let's just say I'm being generous by giving them one star. They don't deserve it that's for sure. I purchased a jersey from one of their sellers that said they were in the US, however come to find out they are in China. It was a Christmas gift that still hasn't gotten to me when I placed my order on December 2nd. I've contacted both seller and Artfire''s customer service a combination of 9 times with no response except for an automatic generated response saying my email would be forwarded to customer service and someone would be in contact in 1 - 2 days. That NEVER happened. I think that this website is a scam and is ripping people off and never sending merchandise. I personally think the whole individual seller deal is a way for Artfire to put the blame on someone else. I don't think the seller ever exists, it's just a way for Artfire to steal money without looking like the culprit. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as putting a stop payment on my credit card. BUYER BEWARE WHEN USING ARTFIRE!! IT'S A SCAM AND YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND IGNORED ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER AND THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
Same experience as everyone else
Same experience as everyone else. Still waiting on product I ordered in Nov. stay away. I am going to file with Pay pal too. My product has had shipping status from China since Dec 3
ArtFire may be a SCAMMER's site
I wish I had seen this review site before ordering an item from them this holiday season. No product shipped, no word from artist, she closes her shop there days after I send a message inquiring. I've checked daily for a response from her. Nothing. Just sent her a Paypal complaint but I doubt she will respond. She had a posted Facebook link at ArtFire, too, but now that FB page is gone as well. Total scam. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM ARTFIRE. I am filing dispute charges with Paypal but PP requires I give her a few days to respond through their messaging first. She's gone in the wind. FOLLOW UP: Paypal resolved the issue and had the artist refund the money. Buyer beware on Artfire Site.
TERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wish I could have given them 0 stars. I ordered a soccer jersey in a women's small. I had no idea it was coming from China. The shirt came and it was a youth size. It fit my 5 year old. The tag on the shirt said Mens small. I contacted both Artfire and the seller. The China seller told me the shirt was the correct size and it had just been mismarked. After the 10th email the seller told me that he would not accept an exchange or a return. Instead, he told me to BUY a larger shirt and would give me a 30% discount. Absolutely ridiculous. I disputed the charge with Pay Pal which then I was able to get a refund only after I returned the shirt to China. The postage to China was more than the actual jersey. I never heard from Artfire. I am out only $35 but hope that this is a good warning for others to stay away! I will NEVER order from this website again and hope that all these reviews will keep people away from every ordering from them either.
Terrible shipping practices
Terrible shipping practices. I was not provided any options regarding shipping, so I included directions not to process the order from Championshipshop if the item could not arrive by October 30th, which was ignored. When I learned it would take up to two weeks past that to arrive, I asked if there was a way to get expedited shipping, I was told if I paid $25, it would arrive in 2 - 6 days, which I did. It arrived in 8, which was November 1st. I no longer needed it so asked for instructions to return the item and no longer received responses to my communications.
I had to file fraudulent charges…
I had to file fraudulent charges against this company with my CC company. Never got any shipping details or a tracking number
Items never arrived
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER 100% PURE RIP OFF
All fake stuff FAKE FAKE FAKE
All fake stuff. Read reviews before you buy. They forge all the documents and change sellers names after. Stuff comes from other places then what they say, they even lie and write the wrong return addresses on the boxes. Everything is signed by a 5 year old. Looks horrible. Even if you know nothing about autographs you can tell it’s fake. COA looks like a preschool diploma. law enforcement and have reported too the bureau.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY
Horrible service, refuses to answer questions, only replies back sometimes, always tries to blame the seller even though its artfire's fault, horrible company, please use etsy or bonanza.com this website is a joke.
Sellers stay away
Sellers stay away. they are a scam. They charge a subscription fee and then when you realize the service does not work... guess what? NO REFUNDS!!! So they are billing you for services you are not receiving. When you complain... they are fast to tell you that you can cancel your account... and they will cancel it and delete the account even though you pre-paid for a month, a quarter or a year... and then hide behind the no refund clause. They are a scam. Search Artfire reviews prior to setting up with them. Tons of negative reviews from sellers being ripped off and from customers not getting merchandise... which is a artfire problem not asellers fault. One of the failures of artfire is as a customer buying products from a seller... you place the order... you dont receive any confirmation of the order... the seller does not get confirmations either or any notifications. So most sellers dont even know an order was received to process it. Hence so many claims of non-received merchandise. Artfire is a total scam. And they call themselves the premier market place for handmade merchandise. what a joke.

Stay away just stay away, see title. I would write my whole horrible experience with this company but I wont give them one more second of my time. It would be helpful if I was refunded my 60.00 they SCAMMED me out of.
Good site
It's a good site to buy unique goods. So far, I bought handmade organic soaps and body lotions from two different business owners. They were all very nice and were quick to reply to my messages. From my experiences, I recommend this place.
Great one-of-a-kind merchandise
I have purchased jewelry from a couple of the artisans and have been extremely pleased with everything. Artfire is an excellent place to buy something unique at a reasonable price.
