I ordered a purple Vegas knights jersey from these people sometime in November, hoping that was plenty of time to receive it by Christmas and it’s almost the new year!!!! It’s taking over a month to receive !!!! WTH is this crap.. so much for that Christmas present 😂😂😂👍🏼👍🏼 They stole $60 bucks from me. Worst company ever. Scammers !!!! Don’t buy from these people!!!!

I’ve emailed and emailed and I’ve gotten responses saying they are looking into it. Blah blah blah it’s coming from China.... it’s all BS... I want my money back

Ordered something December 5th, was told that day by seller it would arrive in 12-18 days. It is now December 29th and the seller repeatedly tells me it’s coming as I’m asking for a refund. The tracking # isn’t working and says the # they gave me is invalid. Every time I email the seller, which is like everyday, they tell me to be patient it’s coming Even though it can’t be tracked. Awful

I ordered a jersey from a company through ArtFire on Nov 17. My paypal account was immediately charged by some company in China. Only then did I realize that shipment would not come from the US. It took over five weeks to receive the jersey. The jersey was an obvious knock off. ArtFire did not respond to an email seeking assistance despite the ad for the jersey claiming that there was a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee. They hide the fact that they are nothing but a payment service for unscrupulous sellers all over the world. Use this company at your own risk

This company is awful. When I placed my order I told him I needed it by Christmas and if it couldn’t be there I wanted to cancel my order they responded to me but never address the situation. I asked them again to cancel. Then they came back and said that they shipped my package and it would be there in 10 days and I was to wait patiently and it’s been 15 days and I still have not received my package. So due to that my nephew never got his Christmas present. Terrible customer service.

Ordered goods early December and never received them. I’ve contacted them twice and never heard back. A claim is now filed with PayPal.

New edits: I tracked my purchase and it is set for delivery today through the United states postal service. I believe because this comes from china it just takes a very long time. The site is legitimate and the tracking system they used did not provide any tracking info until it hit the US but did provide the same tracking info as the USPS site. I am excited for my product and have switched my review.

ORDERED on 12-19- no tracking available yet. Received what appears to be a bogus tracking number and website. I would avoid this place, not sure if i am scammed at the moment as it is still early, however does not seem legit at all. the site promised arrival by x-mass, I am told via email to be patient. it appears like many others that it is a scam. The site they provided me a tracker with does not seem legit either, not a legit postal carrier like ups or fed ex.

Same as others. Ordered and never got product. Will be reaching out to report on a legal end.

Ordered a jersey four weeks before Christmas. Was told it would be here before Christmas, it’s Christmas Eve night as I write this review. No jersey no response to my questions or emails. Similar to other reviews I got a bogus confirmation and bogus tracking number. Complete scam don’t know why this is allowed to still be online.

All the reviews are right don’t buy from here I ordered a jersey on November 26 and was wondering why it was talking so long so I called and no one answered both times and sent emails a few different days still no response they completely stole my $60

I ordered my LSU jersey weeks ago and they sent me a tracking number but no shipping company has any record of it. It said when I ordered that it would be here by the 16th and nothing. I emailed them and was told to be patient.

I ordered three LSU jerseys from this company Nov 2. I received a confirmation email then and NOTHING since, despite at least five emails asking for an update. I doubt I will have them for Christmas for my girls.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I wish I had reviewed artfire.com six weeks ago. I hope I can get my money back, but they will not get anymore from me.

Absolutely the worst company ever!!! I ordered a jersey a month and half ago as a Christmas gift for my son and have yet to receive it. Ive contacted them several times and heard nothing back!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! This was the one thing my 10 year old asked for and thanks to them he will not be receiving for Christmas.

I ordered and paid for my Washington Nationals Jersey on Nov. 23. I received the Jersey on Dec. 9th, and am pleased with it. I was attracted by the reasonable price and free shipping, but had I had no idea they were shipping it from China and it would take this long to receive. Their customer service was good as I always received a reply within 24 hours.

ArtFire does not provide products that you purchase. I ordered a jersey and when it came - it was not the same jersey that I had ordered but with cheap/gaudy patches sewn on it. When I contacted them to make it right and get a replacement with the one that was actually pictured on the website - they would not send me a new one, said if they did it’s have to be paid by my for DHL shipping AND then I got an email stating they would not respond to my emails. Very unprofessional and the lack of service is the worst I’d ever encountered! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. NEW DAY STOCK is a sham, rip off and not at all in the same level of service, caliber or established company as you’d find with Amazon, NFL Shop, Etc

I just purchased a gorgeous hand painted ornament from Christmaskells. My niece will love it! Beautifully packaged for gift giving, too. Five stars!

I bought a paint by number and the paints were so messed up there was no way I could paint anything. Spent the extra money for this one picture that I couldn't find anywhere else. Of course, you have to track down the specific seller, good luck, they could be in Ukraine and they won't help you there.

I tried to sell on Artfire...they ripped me off! They thought they had carte blanche to deduct out of my bank account....every other day, $5, $7, I NEVER gave them permission for this! I thought I was signing up for a $20/month shop. I never made ONE SALE!! They stole over $150 in only 2 weeks out of my bank account!! "Oh..ummm..it's clearly stated in our policies"

Purchased a jersey, then I came here to read reviews and I was scared of all the bad feedback. I was also forwarded to a different company overseas like many others. I received my Jersey in about 2 weeks which is pretty good and honestly it's a great Jersey. I love it.
Only thing I'm upset about is the Twins getting knocked out in the first round, again...

I purchased and just received a sliver 'Torc' [wire collar] made by Sherrys-Jewels. I love it! The quality is excellent. It was shipped in a timely manner, despite the recent hurricane and flooding in Texas [where it originated.] I would order from her again.

I purchased a jersey for my son, from "Edgesports" which obviously was passed over to "Epic"??, that hasn't arrived now almost three weeks later and no response as to its location. You get bounced around emailing some seller or manufacture in china, that hides behind Artfire and gives horrible customer service. On top of that, I ordered two custom jerseys that arrived made and the wrong sizes, that I made perfectly clear during ordering. Then I tried to communicate with this "FansHeaven" seller, and was told they would give me $20 back and I could keep the wrong size jerseys. After asking for a quick correction on the order and get me my jerseys, I was told they would give me half the money back and I could keep the wrong size jerseys. After asking when I would be refunded, I was told they would refund the money right after I put in a good review for them. I again asked for them to correct the order and send me the right stuff, give me return postage verification, and then again I was told I would be refunded after putting in a good review. This company refuses to correct any mistaken orders then talk to you like you're wasting their time.. after taking your money. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. I side of it taking forever to receive an order, just hope they don't mess up because you'll be stuck with it. Yes I feel using anyone or any site that represents the sellers is all part of the scam. Absolutely horrible customer service. I agree 100% with the many reviews stating the negative experience with using Artfire or it's sellers.
