I had a problem with the print I received not looking like the online version in terms of colour and detail.

I'm glad to say that this matter has now been resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.

Frame damaged upon arrival- the picture was bought for an emotional anniversary, the marked frame detracts from the experience, especially bearing in mind the cost.
As per reply, Art Republic offered to collect the picture and re-frame, which was appreciated. But as this was purchased to commemorate a particular date we wanted the picture to be here with us for that day, and I will attempt to repair.
In light of this Art Republic have offered to help us with a frame for a future purchase.
I have to say that Saskia at Art Republic has been extremely helpful and apologetic - she has been keen to ensure that they do everything that they can to make things ok for us.
