Support is virtually unresponsive

Submitted a technical support ticket over a week ago, have only had one singular correspondence within this period... The say they will reply within 48 hours but this simply has not been anywhere close to reality. My issue with my Keylab Essential 49 remains but unsolved and little has been done to assist with my issue.

Best costumer service ever

Best costumer service ever! The situation was a bit complicated and Arturia wa s not obliged to help. But they did & send me a new device to Indonesia (instead to Germany). Awesome, so happy! Also, the quality of the device is really good ....

Bad service

Bad service, poor software center, response time horrific, waste of money. Response to technical difficulties (which was on their end) was days of a wait time. Not only did the first response not address any of the issues I was having, I sent every bit of material to address my problem with their software as it was not working on my device, I was again responded to after pleading for technical support days late, BY ANOTHER PERSON! This time they saw that I had physical evidence their software was not working as a standalone or a plug in. I had told them I would write this review and no one took it serious. I wasted money and saw no help for which their software lacks. I wish I could leave the star rating blank, you guys are con artist. A few days later I had another technical issue with a separate company. It was in the middle of the night I sent my email, to my amazement A RESPONSE! with a swift addressing and fixing of the issue. They could Identify what was wrong and not make me feel like it was my issue. REGARDLESS this company needs to take people more serious and then maybe people like me wouldn't have to get so frustrated. I work hard to purchase Software to pursue my creative abilities. You guys diminished that process and for some reason have done nothing to foster it. I have WASTED MY MONEY on something that doesn't even work.

I have decided to update my review of…

I have decided to update my review of Arturia, after having dealt with them some more since my last more irritated review. I had some problems with my Keylab 49 and had a fairly bad experience when speaking to the people at Arturia. My keyboard has now, I think, been repaired, after 2 attempts. so i thank them for being more responsive.
There are still some issues that i personally had with the customer service. Waiting almost a week for a response and then being told that the guy had been at NAMM, not really my concern, being written to in a language which I do not speak, it seems to me to very strange that we had been talking in English and then a mail in Spanish. I sent videos of keys obviously not working and did various other things as asked by the consultant, I was asked to check settings that would, even to layman, would´ve made no was also asked to take apart the keyboard, which difference and I felt a little bit like I was viewed as unvalued. I I did not feel comfortable doing,as I am not an electrician and could do more harm than good, but they agreed to fix a second time after something had happened during delivery.. Another thing was that I had to speak to 3 different people over the 3 weeks of talking, rather than being dealt with by one person, which can be frustrating. I think a much more personable service, is needed rather than robotic responses as it can make us feel that we are not so valued and just a name on an email, Overall, i was dealt with in an ok way and finally, my situation, hopefully has been resolved, but things could´ve been better.

All your analogue favourites under one roof!

I have recently downloaded the V7 collection and I can honestly say I am blown away by how authentic these soft synths are. They have an analogue sound which other virtual synths lack. Everything was very easy to install using Windows 10 and the Arturia Software Centre. The licence is not immediate - I had to be patient and wait a day or two for it to come through but it really is worth the wait!

When installing any preset packs (for sale on their website and easy to browse/ purchase - some of them are free) you simply open up Analogue Lab after purchase and the preset packs show up and are installed in one click. I really wish other softsynth developers presets were this easy to install - and Analogue Lab makes browsing the 7000+ presets of all the synths so easy - you can select a synth, specific preset pack, sound type or style very easily to narrow your search. For instance I can select 'all sequences' on both the 'Prophet V' + 'Synclavier V' (using CTRL-Click) that sound 'complex' to get a list of those presets or any other combination across all tabs.

I have also purchased Pigments 2.0 on a very good value introductory cross-grade for already owning the V7 collection and it is a very impressive synth - vast amounts of control and incredibly versatile. The GUI looks fantastic and is fairly intuitive from something with such depth. There was a slight issue with Pigment's activation but their technical department responded and fixed it within 12 hours!

I have already purchased a couple of preset packs I liked the sound of and downloaded the free ones and along with Pigments 2 Analogue Lab is now showing over 9500 presets and yet it's so simple to browse through and explore them all!

If you are a fan of classic analogues then the V collection is A MUST for you. And Pigments 2.0 is so versitile that it deserves a place in any producer / musician's toolkit!

V Collection 7

Had some trouble activating my V Collection 7. (Which I bought from a third party dealer in my country).
Contacted tech support and their answers were fast and clear. They helped a lot and followed my case closely.
Loved their attention and their products.

I submitted 2 technical support…

I submitted 2 technical support requests and no response. Arturias website clearly states that you will receive a response within 48 hours - not so - and there is no other option to contact them and file a complaint. SO . . . customer service is lacking

OUTSTANDING virtual and real synthesizers!

I've been recording and writing music since 1984. I play a myriad of instruments although synthesizers are my first and favorite. I've co-written music with many notable people over the year, while I can not say "who", many of them are the "original" creators of new wave, ambient and industrial music genre. Arturia is out of Grenoble, France and have shown me outstanding professional courtesy over the past two years, even a minor sponsorship to the Arturia V collection 5.

I actual use their Arturia V collection 5 virtual synthesizer and also the real Microbrute in my own original songs. I am a songwriter/composer and I write and record commercial licensed music. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Very loyal recreations

Very loyal recreations of vintage hardware and installer is damn good. V5 was sheer brilliance but the upgrade to V6 was over priced at 199 for loyal customers. But you dont have to do it do you?

A couple of their soft synths JP8V and Matrix12 can crash a machine, but that’s true of a lot of soft synths. But these guys recreated the Synclavier V and it’s awesone.

Worst customer support ever

In june i purchased a product from arturia, unfortunately I chose the wrong one. Instead of choosing analog lab, I ordered analog factory. This is of course my mistake, and it is regrettable, but these things happen.
I opened my case in the end end of June, and even though I've repeattedly tried to make them correct my mistake, they say they will get back to me, the never do. What kind of customerservice is that ????
