Customer service was A1. Maggie offered to send replacement kit which was much Appreciated. However sample turned up and service was excellent.
Problems happen its how there dealt with the counts.

I bought a sample online as a result of…
I bought a sample online as a result of a Google search. I missed the fact that the company is based in the UK, but was pleased to discover that they have an office in the USA (PA). The lab costs were already included in the price (nice!), and the turn-around time was very reasonable. They provided tracking on the USPS shipment to me of the sample bags and registration form, and I used a tracked UPS to send back to them--the turn-around in-house for them was exactly what they said it would be, and their initial responsiveness in shipping the kit out was great.

Their customer service is simply brilliant, with immediate responses to all my nonsense queries. Maggie in particular could not have been more helpful. I know what they do is quite a niche thing, but I’ll certainly be singing their praises to Friends, Family and anyone else who’ll listen. I cannot thank them enough for their fast efficient service. Really fast processing and receipt of results.
I am struggling to have confidence in the results giving that the report came with information on quotes for asbestos removal. The cynical part of me thinks the results may also be positive to tout for the real business. Hopefully wrong.

To clarify, fast-track analysis begins once the sample arrives at the laboratory. It ensures priority testing (typically same-day), but it does not upgrade or affect postage or courier delivery times. Delays in transit can unfortunately impact the overall turnaround.
Regarding the samples, only one was received in the envelope, and it arrived undamaged. We understand how frustrating this must be and recommend always checking contents before posting.
