Very happy with service
Ordered three kits and PPE with them, arrived quickly and instructions were very clear on how to sample. Their customer services were quick to respond (gold star for Maggie) when I realised I'd made an error in submitting my individual samples and all was resolved quickly. Results received and easy to understand. Would definitely use again as was much cheaper than hiring in a specialist.

Really poorly advertised as stating results in 24 hours. What they don't tell you is this doesn't include the postage time and are reliant on Royal Mail to delivery speedily. This is not pointed out and but is mentioned on the website

Hi Richard, Im sorry to hear you think it was poorly advertised. We always test samples within 24hrs of it arriving with us - Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery service. We do state multiple times throughout the registration process that we recommend sending it back via a tracked service if urgent. On occasion Royal Mail 1st class doesn't deliver in a timely manner - this is frustrating for everyone involved but not something we can control.
Excellent Kit and Support – Just Be Aware of Possible Delays
Using this service was very easy and overall a great experience! I received the kit within a few days, and it included everything needed to collect the samples properly. The instructions and tutorial were clear and helpful, making it hard to mess anything up.
The only small downside was the turnaround time. It’s advertised to take a few days, but mine took a full week—I sent it off on Monday and got the results the following Monday. Apparently, there are delays with Royal Mail, but it felt a bit like an excuse. I think more transparency around potential delays would go a long way. Personally, I don’t mind waiting 7 days—I understand there might be staffing limitations—but it’s better to set realistic expectations.
That said, I’m still really happy with the service and would 100% recommend it! If you're looking for a reliable, affordable place to test for asbestos, this is definitely a great option.

Great, fast service - pay the extra for next day delivery though
Easy, fast and inexpensive way to find out if you have an asbestos problem to address. I would still wear suitable protection working with surfaces that get an all clear, just to be on the safe side, but I found I definitely had asbestos on three ceilings and it makes a big difference in the decisions I'm making on our renovation. I submitted two sets of three sample tests; 3 walls and 3 ceilings which allowed me to cover all of the wall and ceiling covering types in the house. The ceiling tests went AWOL but I contacted the supplier and they sent me a replacement in 24 hours, so great service even when the royal mail let me down. If I had to carry out further tests I would probably pay to send next day by 1pm as suggested in the guidance - an extra £8 is nothing to avoid the hassle of taking a second set of samples when you're only paying £50 anyway. Also, be careful with the sample bags; on my second sample I split a bag trying to open it - I think this was because I was wearing gloves when I opened it, so carefully open all of the inner and outer sample bags before you put any protective clothing on.
