Delivered 2 days after ordering. Came with 125 off 13mm clout nails. Well packed and undamaged. Colour I would describe as dark charcoal. Easy to cut with a Stanley knife and flexible to fit.
Would buy again, however if it lasts as long as indicated I will need a new shed first.

I have used them before and will use them again but they have dropped a star this time as the courier they used gave me several issues with getting the felt supplied, luckily I ordered ahead of my job because the 3 day delivery took 11.
That said it is great quality thick long lasting felt (ordered premium) and will do a great job.

Ashbrook roofing sent a damaged roof…
Ashbrook roofing sent a damaged roof felt that had been melted at one end. Upon sending a photo of the faulty goods they refused refund or to send replacement. Don't use them, completely dishonest company. Payment dispute set up with credit card company.

Thank you for your feedback. Sadly the policy states that any damages need to be reported within 48 hours and it was 10 days later. We also have an image from the delivery company showing that it was not damaged when delivered and the image from yourself shows that the shed felt had been unwrapped and unrolled and damaged on the edge. As it was only dropped on its edge and not melted, it is still perfectly fine to use when trimmed and has no effect on the life of the shed felt.

Thank you for your feedback. This has been passed onto the manufacturers to make them aware. We add tape to the top of our bottles and tins to try and make sure that any leaking is minimal while in the courier network, as sometimes packages are not handled as delicately as we would like by the drivers.
