Ordered a roll of felt with nails on a Friday and it was delivered the following Tuesday (after a bank holiday weekend) and the little bag of nails arrived on the Wednesday, but I was very pleased with the service.

Delivery problem sorted out immediately

Was about to order but the company wait until the end to spring the delivery charge on you after you have wasted your time putting stuff in the basket. Why not be upfront about the delivery charges.
Gone to Wickes now free delivery over £85 and clearly stated before you order.

Ashbrook Roofing Friendly and Helpful!
I would like to thank Ashbrook Roofing.
I recently purchased a few items from them for a summer house project and run into some delivery issues with one of their suppliers.
The very sweet lady over the phone (sorry if I bugged you) was brilliant when dealing with my concerns and always willing to help each time I called.
Once the items did arrive unfortunately the courier had damaged them.
James from Ashbrook Roofing understood my frustration and helped resolve this quickly.
Thank you and very much recommend them.

Ashbrook replaced our old ridge tiles…
Ashbrook replaced our old ridge tiles with "ventilated" tiles and "patched" the rest of the roof, ie replaced broken tiles with new ones. They are highly professional, friendly and courteous, came as arranged and did the work on schedule. Thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the job. Excellent! Highly recommended.

Excellent Co & great service
I have bought a few items of roofing kit from Ashbrook's and not only did they deliver quickly the items were in great condition when they arrived.
Also the staff are very helpful , I work in the construction industry and so although I have some knowledge of roofing I am not a roofer.
The staff were very helpful and made sure I got the right type of materials I needed.
Great Co to deal with.
