The product was exactly what I expected.
The negative was that the courier let me down.
The product was meant to have been delivered on the Friday (I paid extra for this)
It actually turned up to me Saturday mid morning !
The contractor obviously couldn’t wait, so had to rebook them.
The staff at your end contacted the courier etc, and were really helpful.
I did get a refund on the extra carriage.
In summary, I can’t fault Ashbrook, s**t happens, but they done everything in their power to atone.
Would I use / recommend Ashbrook ? Yes I would.

Replacement Roof to domestic property
Roof tiles, membrane and lats replaced. The roofers workmanship was good, they were polite, tidy and worked hard. They were let down by the office staff who failed to order a skip and sufficient roofing materials and provided inaccurate information about this and when the roofers would be on site leading to delays and inconvenience. They also failed to send the guarantee and necessary information to the Competent Persons Certificate team in a timely manner and had to be chased a number of times.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication, I was phoned within 10 minutes of my online order as the product was not available for next day delivery, I was given the option of a full refund or wait an extra 2 days. I chose to wait and was refunded the next day delivery charge immediately.

This company is fantastic
This company is fantastic. I was looking for good value, good quality roofing felt for my shed. Didn't think I could tick all the boxes but the heavy duty felt from Ashbrook is amazing. A great price and super strong. Didn't rip when a gust of wind took it whilst installing, unlike the cheap stuff I usually buy (which actually costs more than Ashbrook's product..!!) Super fast delivery and Ashbrook are a real pleasure to deal with. So happy with this purchase.
