Before I afraid it is too strong brushing on the face, but now after I try it, it is soft and perfect

Well my product was supposed to arrive last Friday. And as of last Friday, my tracking information stated my package hadn't even left New York. I have no idea where it is, because nothing has been updated since last week. If it doesn't arrive by Wednesday I'll be placing a call to customer service.

My experience with Askderm has always been excellent. I get my product very quickly and at a very good price. The website is easy to use and I can use Pay Pal to pay.

When I had trouble ordering online, I called customer service the next day and talked with the most pleasant, helpful salesperson. I ordered the product, was able to use the discount code from the night before, and received my purchase within a couple of days. Everything in life should be so simple and satisfying!

Items shipped fast and prices are good. I hope to have more samples from big brands though.

I ordered February 25th in the evening . I received my order on February 28th. I was very happy with the fast shipping. I also like the detailed email I received regarding my order which included a contact person for help if needed. I will definitely shop here again.

I ordered an Altopalm Sunscreen and Nip Man Daily Power Moisturizer. Both products were ordered online, the site was easy to search including options to look low to high and high to low for the clearance items and all others. The package came very quickly, I used normal shipping, and it included my purchases plus some samples. I apparently got very lucky and ordered on a day a contest was going on and I had a surprise in my box for ordering that day. Talk about good fortune. I would recommend anyone to make a purchase here online, as I did. Simple, easy, and good for my skin. I'm happy. Thanks askderm.com.

I used to pay for full price for my favorite but expensive products. But after knowing askderm, I only order from them because they often have discounts so I can save a lot of money! They ship fast too.

When I received my order,I found it's different from my roommate's which was bought from another website with 20% discount.Though I bought it with 25% discount, the staffs contained in the set with the same original price is less than my roommate's.

I recently received my order from Askderm. It was nicely wrapped, arrived early, in spite of all the snow in my area, and also came with some surprises I hadn't expected.

These products are amazing as my order was delivered within 3 - 4 days and I have seen a massive difference in my skin in just a few days of use.. My pores are no longer visible, my skin feels smoother and brighter already! Thumbs up to M2 products, love them already and recommend to anyone looking for a better product line that's also not too pricey!!

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. I have not given it to her yet, but I am sure she will be happy with it. The company was great, shipped quickly, no surprises and it appears to be a real Mia, not counterfeit. We will know for sure when she registers it.

I ordered products from AskDerm-
Two of the products (one for a family member) were for FACIAL exfoliating (same product)
When they arrived the packaging stated that they are BODY exfoliators.
I called Customer Service and spoke to Karen. She was very nice and got the product and apologized profusedly for the wrong description online.
She then proceeded to tell me that she would refund the products and send me a shipping slip for UPS.
I asked her if she could send a US mail slip so I dont have to drive to UPS to return THEIR mistake. She said she will have her supervisor call me. That was days ago and I have not received a mailing label or a phone call.
Great company...I am going to stop payment for all of the items I received.

I definitely appreciate the 30% sale. Much needed
