They are callous about sensitive topics and do not issue refunds
I ordered Boustise Boustise Bust Plumping Serum. The product did not work, even after two months. I contacted askderm for a refund. They said it was past 30 days, so they wouldn't refund me. Then I submitted a dispute with my credit card. Askderm sent the credit card agency proof that I received the Serum and proof of their 30-day guarantee. It was closed without a refund. I didn't dispute the fact that I RECEIVED the item--I disputed the fact that it DOES NOT WORK. Then I submitted a claim with the BBB, which was replied by a callous letter from them. They even deleted my "does not work" feedback off their website, as though they are hiding that it doesn't work. I will never buy anything from askderm again.

This was the easiest company I've ever ordered from. Very efficient, great customer service and very prompt delivery. I will check this website before I order anything as I would prefer to order from these great folks as to deal with other rude companies that I've dealt with in the past.

Website is easy to navigate and I like the chat feature for customer support. I ordered the Clarison Mia 1 and got a great price. My only reason for rating a 4 instead of 5 is the return policy. This company does not issue any returns or exchanges on the Clarison product line due to the Clarisonic direct warranty. I did not need or request a return. Im very happy with the product. However, the package it was shipped in (via USPS priority) was punctured when I recieced it. There was a hole poked through that was large enough for me to fit two fingers in and I coukd see the contents of the package. I would have been very frustrated if the product itself was damanged in transit knowing that askderm.com would not rectify the situation. Also probably not the site to use if you are purchasing a Clarison product as a gift. All in all, very good experience and I would use them again. Just be aware of the return policy.

The product is good, package is good, internationally delivery is fast, but it says any FOREO products comes with free cleaning spray, yet I paid for the cleaning spray myself.....NOT 100% satisfied.
