Really quick with all correspondence

Completed the purchase of a property with the assistance of ASL solicitors last week and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
Alisha handled things throughout the process, and she was courteous and professional. Communication was excellent - Alisha answered any queries promptly and clearly either over the phone or by email, and any updates from the vendor or with the purchase of the house were relayed to me without delay.
I have no hesitation in recommending ASL to represent you throughout the house-buying process.

I had a five years claim in 2019, and nothing happened I think it’s the worst Solicitor in England.

The worst mistake of my life I chose to work with this incompetent guys…I should get paid in 30 working days….and they said after 2 months, they don’t know when I will get paid because was a mistake with my name…they even didn’t bother to contact me or the insurance company…basically they filed a form which is very simple for everyone to do it and after they don’t do anything.AVOID THEM IN ONE WORD!!!
And this is my previous review which you asked for more information…
You don’t remember when you emailed me about this review????,and asked me to take it off and you will give me £100 more because it is bad for your business!!!
But how is this for me??? Not reviving the payment?!?!? I still have the email from you if you need any evidence to understand better this review.

Luke is an amazing solicitor, used affinity seven to sell my property and the service was outstanding Luke and the team are the best solicitors I have come across and I would definitely highly recommend, kept me up to date and went above and beyond. Friendly team with great service, thankyou!

Dealt with Rabbani Ghulam in Bedford was just interested in my money - never gave me any updates on the progress of my sale / purchase., I had to chase him every time. I had to ask him on 4 separate occasions to return my property documents. Bunch of Buffoons avoid all all costs.

Miss Alisha Saleem was assigned as the case manager on my sale file and I have to say she and her team are very prompt and efficient in progressing through the process. There has never been even a single instance when the emails and phones went unanswered. Every single time Alisha and her team would respond to my email within an hour (sometimes within minutes) and the phone would be answered within 3 rings. Also this firms holiday cover process works very well. Even in Alisha’s absence, I used to get responses within a day and it felt like a seamless experience throughout the process. A very well done and a big thank you to Alisha, Waqar and Luke.

ASL would be my first choice of conveyancing solicitors in the future and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Easy to deal with and was very fast in getting the paper work to the other solicitor, would highly recommend using.

Awful service. Delay after delay. Never responded to emails or voicemails without being chased repeatedly. In the end they dropped my case as they didn’t know how to proceed. Yet still demanded I pay them. The made several errors and seemed to have no clue what they were doing.

I got recommended Rabbani to do my conveyancing for the sale of my property and I am so thankful I did, I have nothing but good words to say about him.

Dealing with shared ownership properties can be very complex, we have a lot of bumps in the road but we managed to pull through and complete!!

This was my first time selling, I wasn't sure on the process but Rabbani was amazing at explaining EVERYTHING to me so I had a good understanding of what to expect.

I have heard horror stories of clients not being able to get through to their lawyer, this wasn't my case at all, every time I called, he would always answer or respond to my emails!
