Throughout the purchase of a house for my nephew this company proved almost impossible to deal with, taking five months with a short chain. It’s almost impossible to contact the right partners through their phone system and their communication has been abominable.

The purchase started in April 2022 and we didn't complete until November 2022, I have four different completion dates and the communication with ASL was ignored on a regular basis. Originally when I took out the contract with ASL the reply times were supposed to be within 48hours however they soon changed it to 72 hours and this wasn't even the case sometimes it took over a week for any replies and the majority of the time the replies I received were incorrect as the information had been sent through to ASL even though they were refusing to admit they had the information and blamed it on external companies. Overall, a very poor experience.

They are excellent solicitors. I used them for buying and selling properties. Hannan, was so professional but at the same time friendly and made you feel at ease. Kept in touch with updates.
