AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! I ordered a replacement set of dishwasher arms. One broke after a few months as the join in the plastic was faulty, so opened up, and will not direct the water to the jets, so nothing washes properly in the bottom rack now. Last ones lasted 12 years and the replacement 7 months. Despite being clearly faulty, they will not replace the faulty part, stating high temperatures are the issue. I mould plastics for a living and the material has a melting point of 168 degrees, so in a dishwasher that has a max setting of 60 degrees, temperature is not the issue. They are now ignoring emails and don't respond. Rip off merchants with dreadful customer service. Don't treat your customers like idiots. I will be recalling my payment via the bank. What a joke of a company, avoid them at all costs.

I couldn't use my dryer because of the broken handle, but aSpares made it so easy to find the right part at a fair price. The shipping was fast and the product quality is top-notch. My machine is working perfectly again.

I ordered a washing machine door hinge. The metal had not been cut correctly and so it physically would not fit due to a piece of extra metal in the way. I contacted for a return and was sent a QR code that didn't work. Contacted them again and eventually was sent another which did work. Returned on 26th Jan but still no refund received. I sent them multiple messages and the proof of postage but still no refund. I'm not usually one for writing reviews but I'm getting nowhere with them through Amazon. I ordered the item back in October 2025 it's almost 5 months later.

We received a damaged item due to bad packaging at the depot. We had to argue for a refund but the QE code they sent us for the return was for a much smaller package. As a consequence we had to pay extra postage of a further £10 whilst we did eventually get a refund for the item and dispatch postage we are still fighting for the return and extra postage cost. Avoid if you are looking for good customer support as won’t get it here.

Please stay away from this company and do not order, first they sent me the wrong order, the second time the order was incomplete. Incompetent company who are also advertise on Ebay and Amazon and still manage to get the order wrong.

Very hard to get hold of and not willing to call and speak on the telephone

Wanted a replacement Washing Machine Door Seal Gasket for our Miele Washing Machine that had done 26 years service. Found one available with aspares,co,uk on Amazon. Ordered it on Mon 12 May with a promise delivery date of 14-15 May.
Part arrived on 14 May by Royal Mail.
Part was an exact replacement for the old one and fitted perfectly. 20 May - We've done quite a few washes since then and so far - no leaks!!!

Awful service. Nobody to talk to. Stay away from this company. I placed an order and paid additional money for a 2 day delivery. I kept chasing (by phone and text), no response. Its a recorded message telling you they are very busy! The item eventually arrived some 5 or 6 days later. Still can't get hold of anyone for a refund.

Ordered and invoiced for 7 x SKU - D02494RP - (universal High temperature red rubber gas tap shaped 3186695)
I only received 5, contacted immediately and I was told they'd need to check stock and camera footage - I've still not received a refund or missing items and repetitively being told they sent 7, all packaging was intact and I sent images of products sent, still no resolve and been unable to complete job as a result

UPDATE - SINCE POSTING THIS REVIEW I'VE NOW BEEN CONTACTED BY ASPARES AND TOLD THEY WILL NOT SEND THE PRODUCTS I'VE PAID FOR UNTIL I REMOVE THIS REVIEW - THIS IS A SCAM - update Sedat Beyke passes this onto someone called Alex who apparently has authorisation from Sedat to supply the goods I haven't received ONLY IF I REMOVE THE REVIEW - There is nothing whatsoever in this review factually incorrect

I bought the service the next day and the product was in my hands the next day and it saved me from paying 140 pounds

Ordered a fan motor for my Bosch oven on 30th December from Aspares and the correct part arrived the following afternoon. My regular parts suppliers could not be contacted and the delivery quoted by Bosch was “next week” Thankyou Aspares.

useless. parcel delayed, they do not care. do not buy

Wrong part delivered. Was told a replacement was on it's way, this didn't arrive. Chased after a few more days and messages were ignored. Ordered via amazon so a refund was easy in the end. Ordered the correct part elsewhere

Scam, scam, scam. Avoid at all costs!
Looking below it seems several of the reviews are from Sedat Beyke and Ozlem Acar Beyke (both of whom work for ASpares). Ordered replacement part for oven arrived damaged. Initially no problems - company sent a returns label and agreed refund. Issue is they have been re-using the same returns label (according to EVRi) meaning a total mess on the tracking end. Been emailing them for two weeks and they've been ignoring.
Taking legal action now.

Ordered spare via e bay has not arrived no tracking
Sent e Mail had no reply
Will speak to bank to try and retrieve funds

NEVER AGAIN !!! Item sent was defective and not fit for purpose. I sent a pic as they requested and they said they would send a replacement. The replacement never arrived and over several message events they were slow to respond and when they did respond it lacked any firm resolution. I had Ebay help me get a refund.

Have had three orders from this company, my address has been. Correct on there system each time, and my address has been correct when paying for my goods.

Three times they have given the delivery company the wrong address, and I'm still waiting for goods ordered.

Don't expect anything you order to come on time or even to the correct address

Purchased item on the 17th June. Received an update with tracking number on the 18th June, parcelforce have yet to receive item from seller. Item was a fridge freezer fan motor, ours broke so thought I'd pay the extra to get next day delivery. Its now the 21st June, my family dont have a functioning fridge and aspares are saying its a problem with the mail.

item purchased 19th April says it was 48 hours delivery and posted 22 April it is now may 15th and still no item. something not right. not happy

ordered 6th April, received 10th, as per, brand new, will use this company again. Many thanks
