Very poor service - if not a little iffy....

Bought item - fast delivery.

Unfortunately ordered wrong item.

emailed Aspares to return the item, received no response.
emailed 3 / 4 times - finally an answer -- a cryptic very short answer.
Send item back to them by post (quite expensive tbh) with full order details [i printed all off]

Finally received a response saying it was already used - it was not.
Offered 50% back - agreed as better than nothing

Will not ever use them again...

Aspares Order Feedback

Ordered a door seal for my BEKO fridge as the other one was showing it's age. It arrived 1 day after I ordered and was aware of the shipment throughout.

Will definitely come back and recommend Aspares :)

Avoid this dodgy company!

Ordered a spare part from this online company, no issues with initial delivery, it arrived to the correct address, everything was fine. We ordered a part for a fridge freezer that broke down, which we then decided to entirely replace as we could get the new fridge freezer next day!

Contacted Aspares to return the item, received no response whatsoever for AGES. Contacted them again, they responded with 1 line which read "we don't accept returns for used goods" even though we hadn't even opened the package it came in until we wanted to send it back as we didn't even have the fridge it was for anymore? (And I explained this to them).

After so many more attempts to contact this company I finally had enough and posted the item back to them with all the order details and a letter inside explaining all the trouble I've had trying to return this part. It was £17 something, which to them I'm sure isn’t a drop in the ocean, and at this point it wasn't just about the money, it was the fact they were giving us the run around for so long.

So after having sent the item recorded delivery (we had proof it'd been delivered) they then claimed they never received it, then after FURTHER contact with them, stating that I would report them to Trading Standards because it was getting ridiculous, they agreed to refund the money, FINALLY.

It should. not. be this hard to return an order! I hate to think what would have happened if it'd been a faulty item that we had actually tried to use!!

Be aware of these shiesters, skip the problems and don't use them!
