Assured Pharmacy Reviews 

I started my course a couple of weeks ago and Assured Pharmacy have been superb, one of the quickest companies to actually get back to you with any questions/emails you may have. They are very helpful and friendly. The consultation was quick and easy and on time. The ONLY room for improvement i would say they could be clearer on the website that your medicine WILL not be shipped until you complete the consultation after you order, i couldn't see this mentioned anywhere, but totally understandable as they can't just send medication out to anyone without checks. I will be sticking with assured pharmacy for my future meds and my weight loss is already going amazingly! Thanks guys

A quick response when completing initial consultation, making getting an answer and medication as quick as you can supply the correct information. When I was then successful delivery was very quick and it came with everything I needed. I would only say to improve my score the initial process should have been made more clear or be part of the online application and money shouldn't be taken until a yes is agreed.

Everything went smoothly and all questions were answered and everything explained. Really fast delivery. Would recommend

Absolute scam. My wife clearly stated on the application she had diabetes. They took payment. 5 days later consultation by phone to be told we can not prescribe this if you have diabetes. The took my money kept it in there account and now 3-5 days for a refund. Clearly you know on the application you could not prescribe this however you take and keep the money so you can earn interest and the amount of people you do this to must be a nice earning for you. WHAT A SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Ludicrously stupid process for purchase!

Advised that my prescription had been approved on two separate occasions then you get a contradiction email an hour ago. One member of the “team” requested the same information twice, despite it already being sent.
I gave up on day 4 of trying to get this across the line, and asked for a refund! No doubt that will take two weeks to organise!

Attentive and helpful whole time , quick to respond to queries

I placed an order in the morning paid for my weight loss pen, they ask for id and you book a consultation that day, I had my consultation what took around 10 minutes then my pen was sent out and received the next day. I felt at ease I couldn’t fault the service

I was recommended to Assured Pharmacy by a friend and I have to say the service has been thorough and excellent. It is only my first week, but the communication has been great and the product was sent out as described and was received the next day

Very disappointing experience with Assured Pharmacy.
I was given inconsistent and misleading information about when my order was dispatched and collected by the courier. I paid extra for next day delivery, but the service was not provided as described.
Communication from customer service, particularly from Tia, lacked flexibility and professionalism, and responses focused on policy rather than resolving the issue.
Based on this experience, I will not be using Assured Pharmacy again.

Extremely professional and excellent service

Started Friday within one week lost 8 pounds very thoughtful and pleasant team

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM.
Placed an order, advised me I would need to sign for my delivery through DPD. DPD then attempted delivery, I wasn't in to receive it. Received a text from DPD to say they would re attempt delivery the following day. Never heard from them again. Contacted Assured to query what was happening, they said DPD delivered. The signature was not mine and the picture was of a hand with a row of parked car behind it.
They now will not issue a refund.

Applied for an online application for perscripsion , paid the money up front and had acceptance online,
Then had to send over driving licence then had to resubmit licence a second time.
Then application was approved online again
Day later was asked to call a girl called Alison on a given number, to which i did only to be told she does not work here anymore and has not for three months
Then told i need to book a online call for the following day which i did.
Then i was waiting for the call but got a whatsapp message saying tried to call but i did not awnser.
So i message straight back and asked them to call me now, which they did,.
Only to be told by quite a rude lady i could not be given what i needed and refund would be given in 4-5 working days
Just a complete waste of time
Only gave 1 star because could not give nil star
Why not have the call before the money is taken

My order delivered to wrong address by incompetant Royal Mail and guess what? Thats my fault. I produced evidence that i hadn't recieved my order but NO i'm a liar and Royal Mail is their trusted company.Laughable. My bank getting me a refund after i showed them the evidence if parcel delivered to wrong address. Avoid this Company.

These guys are fraudsters. They take your money for weight loss pens and then either never deliver or deliver so late that the pens are well out of the period they need refrigeration. They refuse reship or refund. The only way to deal with them is through your bank to get a refund, as they DGAF about their "patients" and are just out to steal money and make you sick.

Scam company, don't stick to their T's & C's. Happy to deliver unrefrigerated product not safe for human consumption.

Avoid using this company. They do not adhere to safety regulations about their pharmaceutical products. You will get sick and they will happily take your money. Shipping weight loss drugs over 5 days without cooling and expecting customer's to accept lies.

Absolutely fantastic service, delivery is always fast and on time. Pharmacist and staff are very professional and efficient and very friendly offering great advice. 5*
