Excellent company to order from, love the website, its easy to use. I especially love the coffee break tab at the bottom of the site, hahaha. Yes we do all need a break once in a while.
The reason for my review? I requested a copy of an invoice for an order one of my colleague raised and got a response in 3 minutes!!! That's amazing customer service right here.

Items delivered were what we ordered. Items were initially out of stock but we were notified when they came back into stock.

I ordered a new replacement battery for my Lenovo laptop as the original one had died. Darren was helpful in answering the questions I had ahead of purchasing and sent me over the battery in good time. Packaged well and securely in its proper Lenovo box and battery is brand new - really pleased with it, and to be able to use my laptop again without total dependency on cable/mains!

I've dealt with Athema a few times now, and they I would definitely recommend them. We've bought new equipment, old equipment, and had some old printers refurbished by them. They're replies are always prompt, and I've never had a problem getting them on the phone either. All round nice Company! They're really great to deal with.

Darren was really helpful when I had issues with my printer. Offered advice without requiring any commitment on my part and eventually resolved my issues. Recommended

Edit in response: A disingenuous and unkind answer from Athema. I described the simple problem precisely and was told frankly that they did not know the answer and I would have to talk to the [Japanese] manufacturer of the product that they sell. In fact I was able to solve the problem through RS Components, who have a wide variety of cables and adaptors, with clear technical descriptions.

Thank you for supplying me with a scanner that is not only good value but does the job perfectly.
Next time Im looking for tech I will definately check out your site again.

A pretty straight forward purchase from the website, easy to navigate and a good price for my reconditioned printer. The printer was in very good condition, and arrived well packaged.

Very quick in sourcing urgent laptops on more than 1 occasion. Very patient and friendly service. Will be using again.

Usually, when you don't need the cartridge urgently you order it and then you fold everything carefully to somewhere at the back of your head...so after a week or so receiving it you are amazed and recall that you have actually ordered it. Well, I was amazed this time around that the package with the cartridges arrived even before I would manage to box my thoughts up and forget about actually ordering it. I honestly was not expecting it to arrive that quick - great service, completely unexpected! But I managed to loose the invoice and also that was not a problem; contacted Athema by email and again, the quick response including the attachment was surprising. I trust that these are results of hard work and good team work, really focusing on their customers and customers' requirements.

My ex demo immediately needed £28.00 spending on an adaptor. I should have been informed. Poor service including a curt, side step reply when I contacted them. This is additional edit after being told 'perhaps a phone call or email should be sent before confirmation of purchase ' Defensive rubbish again from the wonderful blunted service desk.

Once again "Frontman Darren" has excelled by producing a vintage HP Deskjet and delivering to me within 5 days [including the Xmas Covid postal delays].
This is my 4th printer from this remarkable company who have no equal in the on-line market.
