Bought a 7 inch sintered diamon blade

Bought a 7 inch sintered diamon blade, then realised I already had a Screwfix own brand one in store. I've compared them both, and for the same money, you get a hell of a lot more diamond cutting edge on the ATS blade, I think it's around 40% deeper than the other.
I also phoned up before buying the blade for some advice and the man I spoke to was very helpful indeed.
Delivery was also really fast, which makes a change these days.
Will now be my supplier of choice

ATS is the real deal for porcelain cutting and shaping!!

A year ago I discovered ATS and asked them for advice on cutting porcelain 20mm both curved and straight cuts. I only now need replacements after many sessions of cutting. I orded new blades from ATS - the yellow blades which I find offer a clean efficient cut every time with no chipping. I am so impressed, I have taken the trouble of logging in to Trust Pilot just to share the brilliant experience from ATS. Next day delivery as promised of fabulous products. ATS is the real deal!

faulty golden jigsaw blades, useless customer service

i fit quarzite worktop overlays, the thickness of the material is 8-9mm. Ive been buying blades from ats for over a year now and so far they were brilliant, really good quality. Recently i have purchased bulk of 10 golden jigsaw blades for over £100 and it turned out that they are all faulty, after around 20-30 seconds of cutting the diamond coating falls of and you are left with bare metal core. I have decided to call Ats and let them know about my experience, before i have even finished explaining about the jigsaw blades the bloke on the other end of the phone kept saying that this is caused either by me using the blades wrong way, wrong jigsaw settings or any other reason but not the blades being faulty. I have even offered to send him screenshots of our general fitters whatsapp chat where other fitters admit to have the same problem with the product.
I have even offered to send him a videoclip of me inserting a brand new blade into the jigsaw and throwing it away after just a moment of tidying up a corner because the blade was totally damaged. He wouldnt refund me the damaged blades so instead i gave him a few chosen words.
Well done Ats!
because of you being greedy you lost yourself a regular client.
Yes i did swear at you, after numerous phone call uve list my cool. In the end you offered me to return the unused blades, by then ive had 2 unused blades and the other 8 were already in the bin due to being faulty. Its not even about the money its more about thd fact that you didnt want to acknowledge the fact that the product you supply was in fact faulty! As you probably remember i have even offered to send you videoclips of me inserting brand new jigsaw blade and as soon as the blade made contact with quartz the diamond coating would fall of, but you didnt want to know and instead you were trying to convince me that i dont know how to use my jigsaw! Ive used my jigsaw for many years now, and ivd also used blsdes from ats before (which were absolutely fine on previous ocassions) so i knew exactly that the subjected batch was faulty ! You have spoken to me like im a fool who doesnt know what he is talking about, thats not how you should treat a regular client, therefore dont be surprised that you made me say what i have said!

Reply from ATS Diamond Tools

Adam, We remember this conversation very well indeed, it was quite a while ago now, but it's very fresh in our memories. We suggested you return any unused blades for a full refund. You became so incensed at that offer that you did indeed give us a few choice words. I quote "I'm going to come down there and smash your f***ing face in".

We don't respond or entertain abusive customers Adam. Any offer of refund or replacement was withdrawn once the abuse started.

In fact you threatened violence relpeatedly to such a degree we involved the police. A copy of their report is available should you wish to review it.

Plunge saw cutting marble with Economy turbo blade

Found ATS when looking for a blade to use in a plunge saw to cut Carrara Marble and took a chance on their Economy Turbo Diamond Blade to fit 165mm x 20mm Plunge Saws - 150mm x 20mm.
Used dry and cut perfectly, no chips on either side of the cut and very little scoring on the edge. Cut about 3m of marble and blade still cutting well.
Great Email support too.

Great company helpful staff.

I ordered 2 polishing discs online, but was a little sceptical, seeing as they are not on google business listings.
Decided to call and Alan answered within a few rings, great guy, told him what i was after, turned out I ordered the wrong discs and i needed smaller cheaper discs, decided to order more of the smaller ones. After our call Alan went on to amend my order and added 3 more items that i requested. Total cost came to £2 more, Alan called back 5 mins later to let me know and said not to worry about the £2 difference.

Alan is a great guy and he knows what he's talking about, gave me some great advice and tips. Overall i had a great experience with ATS.

Great blades

I bought a wet tile cutter from screwfix and found that the included blade was chipping the tiles. After some googling and looking at expensive blades I came across ATS. They were very helpful and the lade arrived the next day and not only does it do a fantastic job it is much more affordable than other blades.
