Poor Customer Services - basingstoke
ordered two tyres for my car, went at the time at date on my order. The fitting branch stated that they had no appointment for me. Then the person behind the desk informed me - after they were shown the confirmation that they were aware of a booking error. No one had the decency to phone me to sort this out prior to my arrival. They then proceeded to offer me an appointment with different tyre that i ordered at the same price Initially I accepted but upon returning home and researching the tyre, it is inferior and cheaper but they wanted to do it for the same price.
I phoned customer services, whom informed me that they can not process a refund as the fitting station has to request it, I get put back to the fitting station, whom do not answer and I circle back to the Customer Services, whom, then inform me that after acknowledgement of an email that the refund will be processed in 5 - 10 days. I ask for a confirmation email to stipulate that the refund is to be processed and apparently they do not send out email.

I'm very happy with the service received. The staff was very helpful and supportive. Special thanks to Reece if I got the name correct and his colleague at reception for providing outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend to my friends. Will use them again in the future. Excellent customer service
The garage was so clean and tidy and both Joseph and Maynard were courteous and professional in dealing with my emergency of needing my tyre replaced .
