Damaged my car and won’t repair it!
Absolute worst experience ever. The engineer they sent out broke my pressure sensor valve. What was supposedly a next day repair has resulted in 2 weeks of calling black circles everyday and spending days waiting for an engineer to arrive who never does. Even after speaking to supervisors who say they personally rearranged the engineer to come out or promise to call back and they don’t I’m soon to take legal action against them. They blame the fitting company, fitting company say everything has to be sorted through black circles absolutely shambolic. Will soon hear from my solicitor.

Outstanding Service (Yet Again!)
I only trust my Main Dealer and ATS to look after my cars and once again ATS remind my why. I needed four new tyres (245/40/ZR18 on the front and 285/35/ZR18) fitted onto fairly rare,16yr old and recently refurbished split rim alloys with spacers and TPM sensors.
They aren't the easiest of alloys to fit tyres to and this is compounded by the fact that the TPM sensors aren't located in the usual place by the valve.
Regardless of this Reece and Riff did an outstanding job and reminded me once again of just what good hands my cars are in whenever they visit ATS in Basingstoke. My car once again drives, and handles, like a dream.

I went in for a service, Reece,Josh & Jamie went above and beyond the call of Duty to diagnose any possible issues & remedied them

I think the MOT may have been a bit rushed, the attendant said they were very busy and although I am sure the MOT was carried out effectively a number of things were not finished off properly such as windows left open, car bonnet not closed properly.

Nitrogen check and top up
Popped into ATS Basingstoke today to have the nitrogen pressures checked on my SLK. Nothing is too much trouble for these obliging guys, who are very efficient. I trust them implicitly to look after the wheels and tyres on my Mercedes and my 7 series BMW. Many thanks
