Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Firstly they confused my appointment time (booking it for when I specifically said I couldn't attend) and then had ordered in the wrong size tyres so couldn't fit them.
I've always had excellent service at Bingham before, but this was very unsatisfactory. I have very little confidence in the new reception/admin staff.
