Everyone there was very helpful
Everyone there was very helpful. My car failed MOT and I didn’t know what to do. They were happy to re test for me if I do the repairs and bring it to them. Everything went smoothly and thank you to everyone in Bracknell ATs.

Unprofessional, uncaring, unapologetic company
On 0/11/23 I booked and paid for a service and mot on the organisations booking system at the Bracknell branch. On the 4th of November three days later I was called by the company to say the system shouldn't have accepted the booking. I asked the employee where that leaves me with a mot expiry date of the 11th of November, only to be told by an unapologetic individual that it wasn't his fault. No apologies, no solutions were offered and I requested a refund of the £159.00 that I had pre-paid, only to be be told it would take 10 working days....really!
I will not use this cowboy company again and would urge all persons to avoid them. The customer has a choice and this is a prime example of the cheapest not always being the best!

The car was immediately taken care of…
The car was immediately taken care of and the MOT was done within 45 minutes.
The only down side is the location was not great, I went to Greggs which I never do, and had some junk food while waiting.

Great service for air con recharge
Simple booking online with lots of options. Good prompt service for air con recharge and now blows ice cold. Work started and ended on time and waited for it to be done.
Helpfull staff too who also checked car for a few things too advising of some work that will need to be done in near future.
