Striving for excellence....??
ATS say; 'They strive for excellence' After 7 days I am still awaiting a response from their customer service team in relation to a simple pre-booked oil and filter change. It took the mechanic/s an hour to inform me that they did not have the correct filter. The manager explained I had wait a further hour for one to arrive? I had to walk to a nearby autoparts to buy one. The stand-in manager at (Bracknell) promised this would be refunded within a couple of days which did not materialise. I don't believe they even had a filter for my vehicle so check it has been changed. Never again!
Thanks for responding, but what are you actually going to do about it....?

Had two tires fitted and found the staff really friendly and helpful. They also recommended I have the front wheels balanced due to inner wear on the old tires. They offered a discount for the tracking as I was already purchasing the tires and I agreed.
Overall, service great. Thank you.
