Very amenable personnel at the site. Was attended to promptly and tracking sorted with good results (as experienced from subsequent driving). It took as much time to pay for the work as it did to do the work. It was not explained that the time was being used to supply a report on my vehicle which would have helped me understand why payment was not a simple affair!
