Honest MOT
MOT and Tyre tracking done at ATS every year because they are honest in their tests.
Only lost a star because they have closed my local branch so its a 15 mile trek to the next closest one.

Charged for full service and didn't do it
I paid £255 for a full service at Euromaster Coventry. A subsequent full service at Carwise (£199) confirmed the work had not been carried out — oil and filters unchanged, wheels not removed. I have escalated this to DVSA, Trading Standards, and the Motor Ombudsman. Evidence available.”

Unprompted review
I thought I had a tyre with low tyre…
I thought I had a tyre with low tyre tread. So booked in for a replacement. It turns out that the tyre tread was actually 5mm, but they replaced it anyway without informing me that the tread depth was actually ok. Says it had a puncture on the vehicle health check. , even though not had to pump up the tyre at all for months. I suppose I should have checked the tread depth myself.

Excellent MOT at Coventry's ATS
I had an excellent experience, as the MOT was carried out immediately, with a free tyre check. The staff at ATS in Coventry were courteous and very helpful in explaining the MOT results. There wasn't much waiting, as there is a parade of local shops and cafes, but if needed, the waiting room is spacious and clean, with plenty of chairs. Thanks to the MOT team at ATS Coventry!

Great service. Tyre ordered n for my car. Received a phone call when the tyre was delivered and they fitted me in their busy schedule to fit the tyre so that I could travel to Leeds.
