I paid for front wheel alignment and after three times it wasn't successful, It seems that if the computer shows green flag it is aligned, but in reality the car drives left of the road and tires are excessively worn on left site.
Also, nobody was interested to prove that newly aligned car is not driving of the road by itself.
To be fair they didn't chare me for attempt 2 and 3 but, I spent three morning waiting for car.
Maybe, they just can set wheel alignment in new cars and something older is too much of a challenge.
Very disappointed.

Always use ATS Evesham for brakes, tires, balancing and alignment. Great staff and nothing is too much trouble.

The staff were really lovely at the Evesham branch, incredibly helpful and informative. The manager knows what he is doing and runs a brilliant operation. We had a bit of a negotiation on the tyres and found the right ones for me at the right price. Speak to them politely as professionals and they are brilliant.

Prompt, knew what I wanted and did it.

I had a full service on my car on April 5. Nothing was said to me when I collected my car. A day or so later I was e-mailed a service report. It's a good thing I looked at it because it said I needed front suspension work and had an oil leak. While driving the car a few days later I noticed a whistling sound. I took it to my regular mechanic who said I need a new turbo. My mechanic said the reason was because ATS reinstalled a part incorrectly, which caused the turbo failure. I put this to ATS who swore up and down they never removed the part in question. My mechanic said that's the easiest and fastest way to replace the air filters during a full service. While technically possible to replace the air filters w/o removing the part in question, that method takes a lot more time. ATS said they have video of my service but refused to show it to me citing privacy reasons. I needed a new turbo at a cost of over £900. I pleaded with ATS to offer me something but they flat out refused despite being a long time customer. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO ATS AND I IMPLORE YOU NOT TO EITHER!

Great service at ATS Evesham! I had all four tyres fitted and the technician was very helpful, professional, and efficient. Everything was done quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommend!

Absolutely top drawer, thank you. Arrived with a puncture on a set of new tyres recently supplied & fitted in branch on my wife's Abarth and all was sorted within 20 mins or so, whereas I went to the Tamworth branch a couple of months back with a puncture on my Cupra and I was told it was a 2 day wait for someone to sort it!!!

ATS supplied 2 x Avon front tyres (what they called mid-range with an estimated longevity of 15-18000 miles) to my Ford Focus which had done 11000 miles at the time. At the annual service with a mileage reading of 14657 both of them were noted to have perished but were still legal. Reported to ATS who did absolutely nothing. My car has now done 22250 miles and both of them now need replacing - after just 11250 miles. Phoned ATS who blamed everything but the tyres - driving style, inflation (even though they checked it during the winter), alignment etc. Refused to liaise with the Ford dealership who were servicing my car to view the tyres which is just 10 minutes away. Now faced with another £250+ bill for new tyres. They will be getting their tyres back so they can be examined - hopefully not by their so called 'experts' and I'll be pressing for a significant refund!

Turns out the garage who fitted new discs and pads didn't do it correctly. ATS Evesham diagnosed and rectified the problem. I know where to go in future.

The chaps at ATS Evesham were absolutely fantastic!
I had an issue with my cars brakes-they looked it over immediately, showed me what the problem was, ordered parts and fixed, were kind and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

My car feels totally different after front and rear tracking - the job took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. The Health report was useful and informative and the Manager was courteous and helpful. I'll come again.
