ATS Euromaster Evesham Exceptional Service
Booked in for an MOT. (Decent price). Car failed on dangerous suspension elements. (I checked and they were really bad). Work to repair was a half a months wages. Quote from ATS seemed on par with others. Then Chris the hero did some supplier work and came up with an option that was safe, quality parts and much easier to afford. The car (Darren) is going in tomorrow. Brilliant work Chris!!

AVOID! DO NOT BOOK AN MOT WITH THEM!!!
Having been very unwell I booked my MOT for the 19th October and asked my husband to drop it in for me. When my husband went in to collect the car they had failed the MOT on the grounds the front headlamp bulb had gone (every garage i have taken my car to for an MOT automatically replaces the bulb to pass the MOT) The rear fog bulb they said wasn't omitting the correct colour and failed the MOT on that! Even though you can clearly see last year Motorvation actually replaced the same bulb for me and passed the MOT! The bulb hasn't miraculously changed colour since then! Then also failed the MOT on an oil leak. A very SMALL oil leak might I add that had they topped it up with the oil my husband left on the passenger seat wouldn't have been an issue. They advised my husband that the oil leak was "catastrophic and could not test the emissions because of it" Now I am no mechanic but my car definitely does not have a "catastrophic oil leak" because had it done my engine would have blown up two years ago because that is how long the car has had a needle head size leak!!! They lie to fail the test in hopes that you get the work booked with them it seems.
Again, still being very unwell I asked my brother to change the bulbs and fill the oil and take it back for the free re test. For him to be told the rear bulb wasn't red! Even though a rear bulb can only be red! And that the engine was "dirty" from the previous oil leak and refused to the emissions.
The guy was also rude and condescending to my brother and after a few crossed words he left and took my car to a PROPER garage who passed the MOT no problem and just advised getting the SMALL OIL LEAK looked when we can so it doesn't have a long term effect on the engine. They certainly did not turn the car away because the engine was "dirty"!!! So by the sounds of it ATS Euromaster will only test new cars with pristine looking engines! I really wish I had waited and booked a slot with motorvation! They know what they are doing!
