Appalling service, even after purchasing their Mastercare service on tyres they cannot be bothered. You apparently have make an appointment to have a puncture now.

Unprompted review
Handed car back with a dangerous tyre
When my car was handed back I was not told of a nail in the sidewall of the tyre and that I needed to get a new tyre. When I phoned the garage to complaint all they said was sorry I forgot about it.
This is a shame as I have used this garage for the last 6 years and this will be my last time.
