Took my car in for a new suspension arm and as always the staff at ATS Harrogate ( panel) make it a pleasure. They are always friendly, polite, knowledgeable and offer a great service! You can tell the team genuinely care and that's rare these days. As previously stated by somebody else it will be such a shame to lose such a valued team once this branch shuts down. I totally trust my car 100% with this team and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lack Of Attention to Work
What went wrong was the technician left a foot long wrench attached dangling from the car when he took it for a test drive. When I queried it he said its the aircon drain pipe. He got it back in ramp and quickly removed it sheepishly and made a joke if it. When he filled out the paperwork earlier he asked college if he had QC checked his work. Said YES! Clearly Not true. I saw it hanging down from the car 10 metres away when he drove away.
