Unresonable extra costs
I was told that my MoT failed due to headlight being out of alignment and was changed £38 extra to fix this, which involve turning two screws, and takes only few minutes. Issue is that I was changed the same year before as well so this looks like quick way to charge customer more, after reduced MoT offer. Will not use again.

Service above and beyond
A massive shout out to the staff at ATS Euromaster in Macclesfield. First day back at work after holiday, and get a blow out on route to office. AA staff also excellent.
ATS did not have the relevant tyre in, but could get for later in the afternoon.
Manager then made calls to other local companies, and located the correct tyre at a competitors, and asked them to hold it for us to get fitted.
Not often you get someone prepared to ensure customer satisfaction by passing work to the competition.
Give ATS Euromaster in Macclesfield a shout, this type of service demands reward.

Very happy drop in customer.

ATS Macclesfield
Arrived today at ATS in Macclesfield due to having a flat tyre. We only had to wait half an hour to be seen. We waited in the office with our client whom has learning disabilities, Chris who works at the garage was kind enough to let our client have a picture of an ambulance off the wall to take home.
Overall we had a very positive experience and were in and out of the garage in no time.

Couldn’t fault my experience
Couldn’t fault my experience. The customer service was great, they fit me in the next day and kept in touch about issues with my car. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would recommend. I rely on my car as work for the NHS so getting the issue sorted promptly was great.
