Theft
Tried to steal my car, stole my keys.
Left my car with them. I was told that no work had been done on my car and that it was locked inside the garage hours before closing time. I believe that the staff member involved was never fired for trying to steal my car. I think that he thought that it was a cheap car so no-one would car if he stole it.
Took my car back a day or two later with the spare key but ATS refuses to give my other key back as they claim that they have no evidence that the key is mine. Beware - this company supports car theft.

My Vauxhall vivaro went for mot and failed the team was amazing and understanding and sorted my issues and found another that needed to be done which they ordered and repaired in one day I can’t fault the Ats Macclesfield team thankyou so much

Bought two tyres fully fitted from Black Circles and selscted ATS as the installer. I needed on tyre from the front to be replaced and one from the back, meaning that a wheel needed moving front to back. Result was £25 extra charge.

I couldn't be happier with the service…
I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Chris and the team at ATS Macclesfield, I had an issue with my rear tyres under warranty and Chris have made a tireless effort to get the issue resolved while keeping me informed. When the time came he arranged for the tyres to be replaced all with a 5 star service.
