Would actually give 0 if I could
Would actually give 0 if I could. Took my car to the Morpeth branch for a tyre to be replaced. They changed the wrong tyre then managed to damage another tyre. Only having 1 tyre in stock I was without a car for several days. Area Manager has refused to offer any form of apology or compensation despite the massive inconvenience and having to take days off work. Still waiting to hear back from customer services but not holding out any hope.
