Car was booked in for a 4 wheel alignment and was put straight into the workshop and was completed within 30 minutes.The reason for only 4 stars was the lack of a legible computer readout. I received an email with a photo of a computer screen which I couldn't read so not sure what work was completed

I had noisy brakes
I had noisy brakes, booked the car in for a check which revealed the issue. I was advised of the necessary work which was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. Having visited with both cars on several occasions I have always been very happy with the service at this ATS centre.

full service not worth price
Took car in for full service, with 2 potential problems car over revving and tyre monitor pressure malfunction message appearing, neither of these problems where solved nor any solutions offered. For the expensive price paid £230 don't feel the service provided was worth the amount spent.
