Friendly, courteous staff. Clean premises and a pleasant waiting area. My car was seen promptly and was test driven to check everything was ok.
An air of calm efficiency prevailed and I would have no hesitation in returning to my local branch in future.

Unfortunately, depending on who you see, there seems to be a vibe of upselling going on which we haven't ever experienced before. Also had two identical things done on separate occasions a couple of months apart. First time paid £10 next time it was £22 just to fit a valve which had to be purchased elsewhere as ATC don’t / won’t supply. Why different price with different mechanic? First one said it’s a quick 10 min job but next one said oh it’s much more than that.

Twice now we’ve been told we need extra work doing by this one mechanic but then when getting checked elsewhere we don’t need as much as quoted. Always found them to be very helpful and trust worthy but now due to one mechanic ‘s upselling my trust is failing which will put me off going back or recommending them as I have done to friends and family in the past.

Very helpful staff. Set an appt and although I was early they fixed my puncture quickly and efficiently.

Walked in for a tyre replacement and wheel alignment. They managed to get my car in straight away which was great. Very friendly and helpful. Showed me the alignment before and after to verify it had been done, even checked my brake disks and pads to make sure they weren't warped.

Booked by appointment, prompt service, out within an hour. Tyre defect identified and replacement fitted. Regular visitor to this branch.

The Thursday in question, I had booked one’s E Class Mercedes Benz Estate in for some pretty important work on the front end! The car required, new front discs and pads on both front wheels! Unfortunately, I also needed a N/S front brake caliper as well! The one that was on there was not in a good condition at all! Hence, it had to be replaced at the same time! Only problem, it’s a MB genuine part! So, I paid the deposit straight away and got the caliper ordered! Coming to the Thursday in question, and the MAIN DEALER, IN SWINDON let’s us down! MASSIVELY!!! The reason given over the phone was, sorry, we needed that part for another job!!!!!! It’s coming over from Germany, you may get it on Friday or Saturday!!!! So, I asked Augusto, the wonderfully patient Man that he is, if I could leave my car with him! He said yes!! I also asked him to rebalance the front wheels, as I suspected that they were slightly out! I also asked for an alignment for the car too! Luckily for everyone concerned, the parts turned up first thing Friday morning and all the work got done before the days end!! Augusto and ATS have covered themselves in glory with their honesty and efforts to keep me on the road!!! Sooner, rather than later too! Thank You Augusto, and everyone at ATS for everything!

The team at ATS Cheney Manor really saved our day. Without any notice they fetched a tyre from another Swindon ATS and replaced one that we’d noticed was damaged at the start of a cross-country journey to a wedding! Many thanks to all involved.
