3 weeks after new tyres were fitted I had misfortune to get a puncture.. I couldn’t get wheel off the locking bolt was broken . This can on,y be due to the tyre change . ats did not tell me they had broken the bolt by over tightened RAC called and luckily they removed it I am not happy

They Have been a good go to for my vehicles, they are consistant with work ethic and good with customers.
If every there is a mistake or problem and its drawn to their artention they deal with it fairly.
Over a few years we have built up a good customer to trade relationship, overall the one quality is trust- I go there because I trust them.

Booked in a car for a tyre repair at short notice,took it to the Trafford Park depot,and looked after by staff /fitter with a polite and professional manner.

Rude every single time I go in. The last two times I’ve gone in I’ve been left waiting for 30 minutes or more before being seen to. Bear in mind it’s never busy, so that’s not an excuse, Today I booked an appointment & my car wasn’t looked at until an hour after the appointment was booked for. No apology, no understanding as to why, nothing.

Car was looked at and sorted, again no understanding as to how the appointment went or what was found during the wheel balance process.

I definitely won’t be returning here and I advice others to do the same

The guys at ATS Trafford Park are always accommodating and quick. Specifically the lad with the glasses, he has a level of professionalism that is rarely met.

Fantastic service

Booked tyres online and paid in advance. Turned up 2 days later on way to work only to be told they didnt have them and i would have to wait 5 days or get a refund. Kieran told me this while sat at his desk with his back to me without ever looking at me . No apology made. I said i would have a refund. I stood there and he walked off and started carrying things across the gargae , after 10 mins i shouted him and asked anout the refund, he said he had done it and it will take 5 days ! I will never use ATS again and Kieran should never ever be allowed to be customer facing ever again (not that he does actually face people) . My partner also rang up to complain and she spoke to him and he blamed Goodyear and said they always let them down ! Nice that goodyear are advertised on posters outside. Go to kwik fit or National is my advice. One star as it wouldnt let me do zero

Had an emergency with my brakes and had no booking. I showed up out of the blue and the team fitted me in and were amazing! Great customer service and prices!! Kieron and the rest of the team went above and beyond when they were already 2 men down.

Bought the tyres online on Thursday for fitting on Monday morning, which I took a day off for.

On Monday morning I was phoned by ATS to tell me they didn't have the tyre's, then gave an excuse about only having 2 staff when I booked so they didn't check stock.

No discount offered just a apology, and I lost a full days pay.
