Ordering on line does not work.
Ordered tyres online and booked an appointment at local garage in 2 days time. at the garage they did not know of my appointment and did not have my ordered tyres in the garage. so called customer services they tell me they will call the garage and they will call me. the garage did not know when my tyres would arrive at the time of my appointment. What is the point of booking tyres online with an appointment. customer service not helpful could not tell me if the tyres were dispatched or in stock. VERY POOR SERVICE.

I ordered two front tyres for my Jeep Grand and the All Terrain tyres were very competitively priced.
Terry from ATS was on time on the 13/3/25 and had a good sense of humour. He wasted no time and fitted the tyres
quickly and efficiently. Health & Safety rules were adhered to with multiple traffic cones and the ATS van had its light bar going with hazard flashers protecting Terry while he worked. It's always
reassuring to get a bloke who knows what he's doing.
No marks on my new wheels, and careful use of jacks. We had a professional job at a bargain price, all done outside our
home, with no complaints from our neighbours. Mark Allder Hayton, Cumbria.

Picked up puncture
Picked up puncture, changed tire in Cumbria weather, drove to Wigton ats. One person sitting at computer, at least two people standing like hats stands at back of unit. Excuse me sir could you fix my puncture. What car is it the shogun outside, no not today too busy…
