I popped in to check a price for two new tyres for my Nissan Juke, friendly welcome, a competitive price for my tyres, I was able to book in at a suitable time as I’m a shift worker, on the day I finished earlier than planned and called up to enquire if i could come in earlier, I was able to get my tyres fitted with a smile. I was advised my two others would need replacing in the future so I’ll be back on payday to get those done. Highly recommended!

The guys on the ground are great - very polite, friendly and helpful.
They are badly let down by an absolutely useless centralised automated style call centre - who take your call and then direct it to your local ATS depot.
I went round and round in circles on this auto system - geting completely nowher.
In the end - it was quicker for me to get in the car and drive to ATS, where one of the guys swiftly resolved my problem.
This has put me off using ATS again - and it must be causing then loss of business - jeopordising jobs on the ground.
Per the guy at ATS - I was not the first person to voice this complaint - so they need to sort this out asap.

I had my front discs and pads replaced and the rear ABS sensor replaced. The rear sensor took them two and a quarter hours and the brake pad sensor on the front pads was faulty. They sent me on my way with a warning light on the dash saying check brake wear. They told me it was because the rear disks and pads also needed to be replaced. The rear brake disks are still within spec and the pads have done less than 3000 miles. They also replaced my brake fluid charging me £51.99 without me agreeing. This was also filled well over the maximum mark, over pressuring the system which could have caused catastrophic brake failure. I took it to an independent garage to have my brakes checked and this was what I was told. I took the vehicle back to ATS in Evesham who replaced the faulty front pads and sensor with another faulty set under warranty and told me hopefully the new faulty set wouldn’t affect the warning lights on my dash and told me it was a fault with the brake pad manufacturer. But they still fitted them anyway. They also said they change the brake fluid on every brake replacement they carry out. The ATS website clearly states they do not replace the brake fluid when replacing pads and disks. They agreed the website is misleading their customers and they will email their marketing team to get this rectified and would refund me the £51.99 they had charged me. They told me the Worcester branch would phone me today (Mon 4th Aug 25) and issue the refund. 2pm still no phone call and I have rang them continuously but they are not answering the phone. Very poor service . I would strongly not recommend using their services.

Air conditioning re-gassed, staff friendly and knowledgeable, excellent service. Definitely recommend to family and friends.
