Hello Aaron, I am very sorry about the issues with your order because you had originally purchased an incorrect size. I know you were not sure if the order had been placed or not so you tried multiple times, with more than one card. We were able to refund almost all those payments except for one that was processed and shipped by our boutique partner too fast for us to stop it and it was delivered to you. I am incredibly sorry there was a mix up at the boutique, but I know our Customer Service Team has been in touch with you already to sort this out for you as soon as possible.

Check return date
Products and service were great and arrived on time and as described.
Only negative was my ordered arrived on 30th Nov which was 2 days earlier which meant I was not able to have the extending Xmas returns ( so could end up being a pain ) I did email to ask if I could extend date and was told no - something to be aware of - other than that good overall !
