** PLEASE BE AWARE **Purchased Disney tickets paid £591 for a two park 1 day hopper ticket. Only to get an email at 5am to say they can't honour the tickets. Beware that this is not a live system so your tickets are not guaranteed. They will take your money, which takes 3-5 days to get back. Some families will not be able to re-book the tickets due to the cost. I also booked with this company due to the fact they are partners with Disney and felt it would be a secure transaction. The company will also not take any liability if the ticket costs change if you were to book another day with them, even though they couldn't honour your original booking. This caused a lot of unnecessary upset to what was supposed to be a great day for my grandson.

We do try to make the booking process as transparent as possible before purchase. As noted in the 'Know Before You Go' section on our website, a separate date-specific park reservation is required as well as a valid entry ticket. In this instance, unfortunately, Disneyland California did not have the availability for the date that you required.
Whilst we process refunds instantly on our end, standard banking procedures mean the funds can take 3–5 business days to appear back in your account, which we know can cause temporary financial strain when trying to rebook.
